Christy/Chrissy in the Montague branch is a nasty nasty person. I do not need fake smiles. I do not need forced conversation. I do not need you to remember what kind of holiday stamps I like. I do want you to acknowledge me if I say 'good morning' or 'good afternoon'. I don't want you to glare at me during our transaction. on the best days, maybe she acknowledges your existence...on others, it's purely uncomfortable doing business there, and I am in 4-5 times a week.

The weekend clerk at the Montague post office gave my package to the wrong person, they admitted it. Trying to file a claim but tracking shows delivered so I’m appealing. They call the post master to confirm misdelivery and he tells them it was delivered correctly. When I originally called he told me the clerk didn’t remember who she gave it to, now he lied and said it was delivered correctly. Someone needs to be held accountable

I had a very bad experience with a postal worker at the branchville post office. I had sent out a package and she said " me and my co worker thought that it was a scam we were going to call you " but they didnt call me. They sent the package out. and she didn't even help me try to intercept it. She told me to go online when she could have intercepted it before it was too late... very very very disappointed you work for the United states postal service and you're treating customers like that and not warning them of fraudulent activity when they were highly aware of it being a scam. They shouldn't work there. I want my refund for my shipping cost being I can't get the phone back and spent 85 dollars to ship it.
