Postal Locations

I was told it would take a week to get my lockbox key for my apartment that I’m moving into. I check in with the post office a week and a half later and it’s not there and he told me I would get a phone call. I’m guessing I need to open up a PO Box so I can get my mail. From what I’m reading it’s going to take a while.

I don't understand when you have a phone number listed for the davistwon office and you don't pick the phone calls. I called at least 11 times on Monday the 21st of June and no answer. It might not be importan to you but ist sure as hell important to me I am missing a check that showed up in my digest on Friday the18th and its my bill paying money. I don't understand if shpwed up in my digest that day why it wasn't delivered to me that day. Every other time it shows up in my digest I get it that day and of course I am told to be patient. Why can't you see if it was delivered to waht address. I am confused Anne M King

It is regretable that the Blockwood (deliberate misspelling) 08012 Post Office is so poorly managed. Since moving to 08012 in 1993, most of the carriers are efficent, however, it cannot be said that the managers of the different sections are effective, or have the proper management training. This is very disappointing. Since the incompentent person in Washington, DC does not even offer the courtesy of replying to letters, it is no surprise USPS runs the way it does.

My postal worker delivers packages to lock boxes but doesn’t leave the key. How does that help me? Most recently he delivered my package to a completely different apartment complex. Totally different address! I call the post office and speak to the supervisor who could careless. I can only hope that I will eventually receive my package.

Do the employees at the Blackwood location take the phone off the hook in the morning when they get in? I have literally been calling since 8:01am and it has rung busy every time!!!!!!! I brought my packages to the Swedesboro post office 7 days ago, 1 is in NY already but the 2nd keeps bouncing from Philly to NJ. WHY?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! It's supposed to be in NY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I get a pink piece of paper all of the time that tells me I have a certified letter, but the carrier never rings my door bell.

Is there anyway to request a different post office to deliver your mail. The Blackwood post office is the worst in the country. They drive past your house wont deliver

The mail carrier refusing to deliver packages is getting frustrating.. this is the 3rd or 4th time i am having problems with this carrier... he will go out of his way to deliver other people mail but not mine it is appaling service.. I was at home when they went past my house and just wouldn't deliver my mail or packages...

Blackwood Post Office has no respect for customer service. It's all about getting the carriers to run as fast as they can so they can make their budget! Numerous of times the letter carrier would leave a notice in my mailbox for a certified and never made an attempt to knock on the door! So why should I support the PO in buying stamps! I just decided to pay everything online!

This post office is the worst I put in for mail forwarding it did not happen I handed the form to the letter carrier I got a conformation letter to my new address how ever my mail continued to be delivered to my old address I tried to call several times I get a recording but no one will answer the phone I have had trouble with the postal clerk before it seems that they do not know how to do their jobs now how do I get my mail forwarded

I have ordered online and my packages sometimes don't get here but I check online to track it and it shows that it was deliver by them ...I don't get it . This is not the first time this happens and when I go to the post office the black lady at that office sometimes doesn't want to help . She always seems like she hates her job. You know that are people who wish they had a job. I just think if you can't do your job right , help the customers , then maybe that's not the job for you .

yeah our mail doesn't even come until 5 o clock during the week.

i really have a hard time with backwoods' post office. they never bring my mail or ordered deliveries on time. i can understand build up and maybe a day late but after the second day and without notice is crazy to me. if i get a projected date, its never on time. i have important mail so late and deliveries within to tree days after the projected date. they really need to up there business or drivers
