Why have I not received any mail this week. I am waiting for pills that i need. I donot want to hear that someone is on vacation or out sick. There should be plenty of people to deliver our mail. As a citizen of this country i am entitled to my mail everyday. I am a handicapped person as is my wife. we depend on the mail.

Package status showed item damaged but will attempt delivery then said delivery attempted but mailbox/driveway inaccessible (not true). Today I received an empty Amazon envelope in a USPS envelope saying you’re sorry for damage. You reported to Amazon that my package was delivered, but you didn’t deliver a package, you delivered an empty envelope. I have a locked mailbox so the item wasn’t stolen.

First, I want to thank all the great people that I have the privilege of meeting in the Post Office (PO) over the years, they have been wonderful and I have rarely had any issues that weren't resolved quickly. I know I'm probably in the rare minority on this, but that's the honest truth. Now to my issue: I've been trying since Dec. 28 to change my address and the local PO at 20 Allen St. in Rochester NH has no more Change of Address forms (as they went through 3 boxes worth in less than 3 weeks, I was told), so I was directed to use the Website. So I have been attempting to do so and found out that I AM being charged $1.10 for EVERY ATTEMPT to change my address, but still am UNABLE to as it verifies all the info, confirms my billing address is the same as either my old or new address, but that something went wrong and it is unable to complete the change. But yet, it still is able to verify & confirm the changes so that it can charge me that $1.10 every time I try to change it? What kind of scam is this & how much money is it taking from people, and how do I let the IG know about this Fraud feature to the website?

Absolutely the worst delivery drivers. Had an Amazon delivery in my mailbox today, (which was marked as out for delivery for 6 days). The package was crammed into the mailbox so badly that it was bent, and damaged. I had to rip the package to get it out. I cut my finger trying to pull the package out. You people should be ashamed of yourselves. Garbage service

I had three small packages delivered today by the post office. They crammed the boxes in my small box and jammed my mail on top. I live where the mail is delivered to a box unit. There are six separate lock boxes for packages that could have been used. When we tried to get our mail out all envelopes fell back into mail hut.

My package which at one time was less than thirty yards away was never delivered because the carrier said there was no access. That’s a lie! Both the doors to my house are CLEAR!

I live over at the village of Clark Brooks and we have not received our mail in quite some time (3 weeks+) when I call any mail carrier I am not getting any answers as to where my mail is and I am just asked to be patient about the issue. I am not receiving important state notices due to this issue.

Not two minutes ago I happened to notice the mail carrier (female, older) walking back to her truck from my house. I went out on the porch, wondering why I didn't hear my RING go off for motion. I walked around and found my package leaning up against my garage. Had I not noticed she had delivered, I would have gotten in my car, opened my garage door (I enter from inside) and backed over my own package, destroying the contents. I have a BIG box on my porch for package deliveries. My porch is about 15 feet from the garage door. This is not the first time she has delivered either the wrong mail, or in front of the garage door where I would not see it unless I was walking by it. I live in the Colonial Pines neighborhood in Rochester.

I am very upset with the mail woman who delivers to Linscott Apartments. Not only does she fly through the parking lot, she never gives you the correct mail. I am now missing Christmas items because she left the key in someone else’s mailbox. I did however get my neighbors package today and another neighbors bank statement and car payment information yesterday.

Hello. I am beyond annoyed with the driver who delivers on Constitution Way in Rochester, and just needed to vent as this has been the worst season for mail delivery. The other day, we were supposed to receive many packages from Amazon (that could not fit into our mailbox). When we got home to no boxes we checked our Amazon orders and come to find out they would not deliver because our mailbox was "blocked". Which is quite funny, because those items would not have even been able to fit inside of our mailbox. This has been about the 4th time that we have not received mail during this season. I understand that drivers cannot deliver if they cannot get to our mailbox due to snow and such, but when did they become so lazy? I normally would not complain, but this is a private road, and there is no reason for this.

I worked there for about a year. They are not allowed to drive up any driveway if they can't see that there is a place to turn around without needing to back up and are not allowed to walk it up in case there is a dog or any other unsafe conditions. Just an FYI. So if they don't have a clear view of your driveway or there isn't a way to make it in AND out without having to put the truck in reverse then the option they select for non-delivery is blocked mailbox.
