Kathleen Bishop needs to be retrained. What a disgraceful public servant. Any public official who does not believe in transparency ain't worth a you know what. She needs to be educated. A complete moron who belongs in the private sector. She does not understand public photography laws nor does she understand or respect the 1st Amendment/Freedom of Press. And she wonders why 1st Amendment Auditors do what they do which is to hold idiots like her accountable.

The postmaster at this location needs to follow the law and the rules and regulations of the post office. She is not and should be dismissed.

What in the world is going on with the Merrimack postal service!! My sister's Christmas card from Merrimack to Toronto arrived two months later. Her residency card did not arrive at her mail box so she can't renew her drivers license. She is over 80 years of age and can't go out to get groceries, etc. At the request of the Senator's office, she sent all the paperwork to them on Feb 19 so they can determine what has happened and here it is March 3rd and they have NOT received the package. This is horrendous which is an understatement! I am now sending a note to the Governor's office with the hope that it will be investigated. Who in the world is looking after the mail boxes to deliver/pick-up mail outside her town house area? Something is going on, and it's not definitely not right. Today she received two pieces of mail not for her. And on it goes.

Have lived in Merrimack,NH. for 24 yrs. and the employees at the post office have always been polite and have answered any questions that I've had. Always a smile and greeting when I enter, and a couple of times pointed out mistakes I had made that would have slowed my packages down(like forgetting a zip code). The one thing that does bother me is the clown with the camera standing there filming everyone. I had to tell him not to,last trip in. Why is he allowed to hang out there, isn't that loitering?

Post master is unprofessional and should learn her rules and regulations as it’s posted in poster 7. Very unprofessional.

I have had nothing but great service from our local post office. They have always been helpful, have answered my questions, and have gone out of their way to provide service (even special ordering supplies). I have tremedous respect for all of our post office employees inlcuding our mail delivery person who have all worked tirelessly during this pandemic to make sure that our mail gets delivered.

Kathy / Katherine aka Karen the 'Post Master' is a foolish child who does not respect the public civil rights granted under the most basic of constitutional laws. She needs to be educated immediately or removed from public service role which she refuses to understand she works for the PEOPLE. Let's see some change at the 03054 post office. It can and will happen. We demand it. Update poster 7 as well. Update EVERYTHING accordingly. Do not hestitate. Speak your mind while you're in there. Cameras are everywhere.

The postmaster at Merrimack has got to be one of the worst government employees ever. Rude, disrespectful, demeaning to people on public assistance especially in this day and age of high unemployment. If she says this in front of a camera, imagine what she says behind closed doors. She needs extra training.

Kathleen, who i believe is the postmaster, has to be one of the rudest post office employee I've seen. A close 2nd is the old hag that works the register. Clueless on poster 7, rude beyond belief and should be immediately terminated. The one guy employee is Tom. Great guy! He should have Kathleen's job!

I would like Kathy C to know that I had a major issue and Paul F helped me out so much that I would like to see him get kudos. Without his help I would’ve never found out I was scammed with a mail in shopping center. Thank you very much Paul F.

I went to pick up my mail today only to find the box jammed full. In it were 5 pieces of mail, a small Tyvek bag with one prescription bottle, and a large package containing 3 large pieces of clothing. The carrier, rather than deliver the large package to my door, chose to stuff into the box. It was so crammed in, I had to find help to get the package out. He delivers other packages to my section of the association practically every day so there was no excuse for this.
