Why doesn't delivery go all the way down Watts (dead end) turn then go back down Bristol to Robinson. More cost/time effective and then when stopped for break on Robinson head out to Bridge instead of backtracking? Just try it, see how it works. I just like to see if things can be a little more efficient. Hope I haven't offended anyone
The supposed top person here oriental loves to tell u no name no mail even when your names on the box she admitted to throwing my mail away cuz the name wasn't on the box but it first set of issues now it's been weeks since we got mail been expecting an ID in the mail for my gf and my health insurance card both overdue by weeks this place is the worst and I encourage anyone else who has these issues with this person to go above call the main branches let's get this useless individuals job cuz anywhere else u get fired for not doing your job
I've lived at 100 Waterman St., Manchester for 51 yrs. lately I have not been receiving my mail with any frequency. The carrier seems to skip by houses if she cannot park close to the mail box. I thought this was a walking route. Please refer this to someone who can give me an answer.
This post office. SUCKS!! They answer my call, dont say anything and then just hang up when i tried to get someones attention. Then i tried calling again and they sent it to the automated service. I left a message asking for them to call me back. And they never did.
EXTREMELY. Dissatisfied with this facility
I’ve been waiting for a pickup for 10 days. I’ve been sitting on 25+ packages for 1-10+ days, and despite having a ‘scheduled pickup’ multiple times a week, our carrier has thrown a temper tantrum and now refuses to pick up our outgoing orders. Says I should drive them down to the post office. I really can’t. And he literally passes our building 3-6 times a week. Won’t pick up. I feel bad for the customers who paid for first class postage…. I used to be a fan of the USPS too.
Ordered items from E-bay before came to my address no problems last items ordered they sent it to Salem ma, when address is clearly Manchester nh, let’s hope the person who got my package is honest
I’m sick and tierd of the post offices no ever answers at any of them I have been having problems and all my mail has been going back to senders and I did a change of address they are pissing me off can’t they ever do there job
To whom it may concern
I have been trying to file a formal complaint with the post office
But I'm getting nowhere
I live in the small town of Springfield NH 03284
We have been having a problem with the postmaster here
You see we are a small town and they don't deliver mail to all the street address
So I gave to have a p.o. box
Are we have run in to a problem with that
The thing is that if we get mail with the street address on it he just returns the mail instead of looking up our p.o. box
I had some important documents that were send back to the sender because they did not have my p.o. box on them it had my street address on it
How can I get to the right people to get this fixed

to have the problem corrected you need to use your mailing address...your PO box. the PO is not required to look up names address to verify different PO boxes. you must give out your PO box as the address you can have both on there if that helps

Does anyone really work at these places? I sat and called the post office to make a passport appointment(which is required) and until now (closing hour) no one picked up the phone. Some robotic voice on the messages. Both for Elm Street and most of the other post offices in close proximity, its the same thing.
What are these people really getting paid for?
It would be really nice to have an online appointment system for passport appointments. very frustrating to need an appointment and call and call and get message machine.
I think you are a WONDERFUL post office. My husband mailed a package on Saturday, Feb. 7th from Sharpsburg, GA to West Mitchell ST in Manchester, NH. The package recipient just phoned me and said the postal carrier delivered the package a few minutes ago; and it was snowing like crazy. You made her day and made her happy through the excellent service you provided regardless of how bad the weather was. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!!
