Within the past few weeks, my packages have gone missing. Tracking said "delivered to resident's mailbox". I have several guesses but ultimately the responsibility lies on the USPS Jaffrey. If the packages are delivered to the wrong address, I would hope that our neighbors would be honest enough to return them to us. There's no reason for holding up mail or delivering packages to the wrong box. I see lots of similar complaints on here but nothing ever gets done. What does it take to mobilize for change around here? We've been unsatisfied with our postal service for past 5 years. It's just been going down hill year after year. If anyone is reading this, please leave suggestions or recommendations for improvement.

I agree with previous comments. But if the postal employees don't get the feed back from the residents, how will there be any improvements? We pay taxes and USPS gets paid through the state/town. You are part of the government. I want to see changes. Someone mentioned about an employee who's been misbehaving and reacting irrational to residents. It is unacceptable. They are also holding up our mail when they decide not to deliver. I have mail order medications that can't be stored in extreme hot or cold temperatures. I know that because I have tracking that tells me when packages arrived at Jaffrey USPS. I really hope to see some improvements for everyones' sakes. Or I will address this issue at a higher level with USPS. Best regards.
