I went to the post office this morning to discuss an issue with mail I had not received. Jennifer was quick to assess my problem and was able to help immediately. Marty engaged me in pleasant conversation while Jennifer resolved my problem. I appreciated their help and was completely satisfied with their response and explanation. These are good people.

03820 - The offices of 660 Central Ave., in Dover, NH (including governor Chris Sununu), are having a terrible time getting the correct mail. Our carrier is continuously putting mail in the incorrect slots (even through they are clearly labeled) and leaving packages on the incorrect side of the building (even though instructions are listed on the packages). We would LOVE for someone to talk to our carrier about taking the time to check what they are doing so that we can start getting our mail on time!

I just got off of the phone with a wonderful woman at the Dover post office... so sorry I didn't get her name... I called to have a package redirected and she couldn't have been more helpful. She was kind, efficient and quick to solve my issue. Not always my experience with post offices... thank you for your service.

They cannot treat their employees the way that they do and expect to have people to work for them...the whole system is absolutely unacceptable.

I sent a $200.0 package on December 10th and paid 18.00 for a 3 day delivery. It is now January 3rd and no sign of the package. I called Dover p.o to find out what happened and I was hung up on. Worse P. O ever! Long slow lines and horrible customer service!

My message to the e-mail address for the Postmaster that is shown on the Dover PO website was rejected as being an improper address. Someone needs to straighten that out. Not very good customer service....

I have not received a package that was to be delivered on Dec 12th. Tracking #92748902410536573009551876 The UPS tracking service shows that it arrived at the Dover, NH post office on 12/11/20 then was shipped to Troy, NY. The Troy, NY post office received it on 12/17/20. How can I get this package shipped to my address?

Have not gotten a mail delivery since 8/27. Items show out for delivery, but not delivered. Call Post Office but no one answered the phone at 2.30pm. Not receiving notices on USPS Informed Delivery, also stopped after 8/27. No reason, just no mail . Spoke with driver who said he did not know of any problem. I do need an answer but the Dover Post Office is making it just as difficult as they can.

The response to my call was timely, the postal person polite, friendly with a good sense of humor and able to answer my question quickly. Pleasure to do business at this stressful time.

I just went into my orders that were to be delivered to me today and it says “attempted to deliver” time 5:05 Sunday 11/25. NOT!!!!! I have been here all day and no one and I mean no one came to my door to give me my packages. So this is a total lie!!!!! And I will be calling Concord tomorrow first thing about this issue. I have had enough of all the problems with packages being delivered here. And to out right lie about attempted delivery is unacceptable!!!!! There are plenty of people in this house to back up and verify that no such thing happened. To bad if he/she was behind in their deliveries, you DON’T Take this kind of action to cover up the fact that you just didn’t want to take the extra time needed to deliver these items!!!!! Dover, N.H.

I had gone into the post office and told the woman behind the counter that I had not received mail in 2 weeks. She asked if the delivery man could access the box. I told her that I could reach it from the street. Doesn't the post office notify you in any way if there is a problem. NO was her answer. I gave her all my information and the postmaster was to check with the driver and I would get a phone call. NOTHING happened. I have been 5 days without my medication. I called the prescription mail service and they have a note from the POST OFFICE that they tried to deliver it on the 6th and COULDN'T REACH. The post office can notify the sender but not the RECEIVER? I also know that I am missing other mail. Where is your customer service? I cannot get my meds today because it is MLK. I hope that I have no health problems due to your lack of due diligence. You wonder why people are seeking other ways to send items, THIS IS WHY.

I just went in to get a passport and the clerk that helped me (I think his name was Jerry) was very helpful and had a great attitude. He made sure all of my documentation was in order and took the time to thoroughly explain the whole process to me and answer any question that I may have had.

AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL.....the only non-swear words I can use T describe this office. Rude desk clerks, inept management, and their organizational skills are surpassed easily by 3rd graders. Go elsewhere, your packages/mail (and sanity) are safer ANYWHERE else!!!

Hi, We my husband and myself have two houses and so there is a lot of forwarded mail between two v. different addresses. I have two last name and because this I guess a v. important document from Romania was just sent back there, and now my Romanian pension is suspended. The post office on Washington St. has to add my maid name ASAP to their info. about forwarding and considering that "Gaftoiu Potter Rodica Elena is the same person as just Rodica Potter.

Dover, NH Post Office is generally a great place to go, the staff is extremely helpful except....Cathy. What a rude woman, offered no help to ship an international package. I left the post office so upset and generally I leave there on a positive note. She needs to be terminated or minimally not allowed at the service desk.

Due to a death in the family I wasn't able to respond to a voice message I got a couple days ago, Alice was the one who contacted me. I was just on the phone with Nate and was informed my package was sent back. I find this a bit absurd that no one could wait for me to respond... money wasted.. 🖓🖓🖓🖓🖓🖓🖓🖓🖕

Worst customer service. Not willing to help at all. Downright nasty to customers, especially the female supervisor. She and the other female working POS should be fired immediately, if not sooner.

An ABSOLUTE abomination on the service they provide. I live at 25A East Concord st Dover, NH. Called to complain that the TAXES that I am supposed to have out by April 15 haven't been picked up from my mailbox for three days now; two of which the mail carrier never even showed up to deliver mail. When I called to have a word with someone I was HUNG UP ON by a woman named ANDREA. Complete and total incompetence. If you have a job to do in this country YOU DO IT. Working for the United States Postal Service should carry with it a sense of pride that these people just don't seem to understand. These people couldn't carry my goddamned lunchbox. Specifically to Andrea: YOU ANSWER PHONES LADY, if you cant hack that step aside and get someone in there who can.

November 20, 2013 12:30pm. I 100% agree with the comment below. The gentleman answering the phone is incompetent, rude and not helpful. First the package was not found, then when I repeated the number it was found but the information was 5 days old. I was then informed that the USPS tracking system is not in sync with the customer's tracking information. According to my tracking information the package is at the post office for 2 days but they can't find it.
