Good lord pick up the phone! I am out of state trying to track down a package which got delivered to my old address and then picked up and dropped of at Amherst post office. Trying to call 603-673-4132 at least six times a day for the last three days to locate it and get it resent to my new address. No answer any time I call. Can't even leave a message.

Having the same issue. They do not ever answer the phone even in an emergency situation.

I have never understood the "get rid of the post office" people until I moved to Amherst, NH (i moved here in the last year) The trash company moved the trash bin 1 ft into the road and the postal employee passed on by (still plenty of room to get to the mailbox). This is the 5th time they have done something like this in the last year. I don't want to be that person thinks they know what the employee is going through but this is the worst public service I have ever witnessed. I work in customer service and I can't imagine being this lazy in any aspect of my life. Last week my mail was so stuff in that it couldn't fit in the box and it was a photo package that was damage.

5 Washer Cove Road, Amherst, NH. This is a compliant against deliverer. I have had my last two packages jammed in my mailbox.Which is at the end of my street on Broadway not at my house. Sender requested deliver to door both times. Last time I had to cut the box out it was jammed in. For some reason they refuse to deliver to my door yet deliver to others on the street. I need to know if I need to report this to higher ups. So disgusted with my carrier.

We haven’t been getting OUR mail and the rest of the neighborhood is having the same issue! Is there a new mail person delivering the mail in this area? We live in the Pulpit Run, Thistle, Heather and Chatham Court roads and several of us have had issues with the mail lately. Please let me know what the issue is. We’ve NEVER had issues with the mail delivery and we’ve been here for 24 years!! Thanks for reading this, Lauren Primmer

I like your service and know that staff are overworked. But ... when we go on vacation I have repeatedly checked off on the online form that we would pick up our accumulated mail. Twice now -- once last summer, this time during the Thanksgiving holiday -- this request wasn't honored. The first time this happened the carrier left our accumulated mail out in the rain. I fulfill the responsibility for accurate information on my end, what is the problem on yours?

https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction.action?tRef=fullpage&tLc=1&text28777=&tLabels=RR966392664US+ Why, please explain in detail, did my registered letter [ RR966392664US ] go to New York City, and take FIVE DAYS to get to NYC from Amherst, NH, in the SAME TIME ZONE, and when NYC is not in the direction of the intended address, and when it was addressed and estimated BY YOU to arrive in Indianapolis, IN, in four days' time? Please. Don't blow me off. Tell me exactly what YOUR PROBLEM WAS!
