Absolutely ridiculous these guys can't seem to figure out how or where to deliver mail! Packages for one house, going to another! Packages being left on the driveway, by trees, all because the carriers are too lazy to walk a few extra steps! They also leave the parcel box unlocked, with packages left inside. Great way for mail to get stolen! Do yourself a favor and get a PO Box, but anywhere but Valley! I'm not confident they can deliver to a PO Box, in the same office the mail is routed through either.

The Valley post office and mail carriers, are a complete fail! These folks are incompetent! Some of our mail in Leshara is either delivered to other addresses, or not at all. We also receive other folks mail! We have contacted them, however the issue is still occurring! How difficult is it to match names/business names to addresses? I've already filed a complaint and another missing mail claim. In the mean time, I am having my mail redirected to PO Box I purchased, in Omaha.

Mail is being delivered incorrectly, no-one cares. I moved 2 years ago and my mail is being returned to sender because my forwarding addressed expired which is because I live there permanently. I have called twice and they said they would fix and here 6 months later it is still not fixed.

Great group of personnel at the Valley post office - - from the post-master to the counter-personnel to the mail delivery staff! Courteous, efficient, willing to help and answer questions, resolve problems.
