Who is in charge of mail delivery for the City of Lincoln. I'm not sure this review will help in any way. But for the past year our mail delivery to the Hillcrest Heights neighborhood has not been good at all. We used to get our mail by 10:30-11:00am. But it has gotten so bad we seldom get it before 6:00pm. And recently we do not even get our mail every day. Apparently our neighborhood is last on the mail carriers route and it's getting old that we have to leave our mail in our mail box overnight or sometimes do not receive our daily mail at all. It's sad to see how badly the mail delivery has been so mismanaged over the last year or so. And I don't blame the mail carriers. Never used to make a difference if we had snow, we almost always still got mail. Hopefully this problem can be resolved soon.

How many days will we go without mail because it snowed? Used to be it didn't matter how much snow we received, we still got our mail. I'm just curious when to expect delivery service again.

Our postal delivery people are amazing! We are so grateful for them and worry about their safety! Tonight ( 1/2/21) our mail was delivered at 7:48 pm- long past dark on icy streets abd walks.
