I tried calling twice to make an appt. and it goes straight to voicemail and unfortunately, I can't leave a message. The box is full. How is one supposed to make an appt if they don't answer the phone nor can one leave a message. I'm rather disappointed.

68505 The regular postman who delivers to me, is incompetent. He even returned a piece of mail, from my bank. My bank called and asked if I had moved. I said I had not moved. Also, my utilities statements have been late, causing me to pay "LATE FEES". Never, have I had this problem with postmen. I'm fed up with whatever his name is. I'm angry. Send out questionnaires, to find out if others are having the same problem. Yeah yeah, it's 'he said she said', however, I said this is truth.' I'm retired with disability and no longer able to work, so all these "LATE FEES" are causing me financial difficulties. Or get a new mailman, to do this route. Unhappy with current incompetent delivery man. This is my experience, and I tell you it's true. -- Dissatisfied.

OUTSTANDING customer service! I was in on 10/31/19, and Don was so helpful! He went above and beyond to help me! I also noticed that Jeff was great to his customer!
