Connie is the rudest person I have ever had the non-pleasure of speaking with. She should not be in a position of authority or customer service. Kimball Post office should reevaluate her position

i could not agree more. The customer service and delivery in Kimball SUCKS big time. They do not even bring certified reciepts to the door. Then you have to go down there every F*ing time. They want everyone to get a mfing post office box ( more $$$ for them) and massive INCONVIENCE for everyone especially the elderly and disabled persons.
