I called this morning, March 2, 2021 and asked a postal clerk (Jill) to track a package. At 3:00 pm today I did not receive a response. I called the post office and spoke with another clerk. Her response was very condescending and rude. What I did not need to hear was "We were short handed today with only one clerk and I just got here from another job." Sob story! A polite response stating we were busy but I will research this missing package tomorrow would have been fine. I'm wondering about my next step.

Well to start i dont like the way the carriers spead down my street and i have complained years ago and nothing was done. This past saturday the carrier driving a silverish jeep hit our great dane and just drove off. I understand he shouldnt be out there but they way they drive is horriable and to just drive off really thank god it only ran his back feet over and my daughter was there to take care of him!!!! Not Happy!! Ragan NE
