Our mailman told us he did not have to deliver our mail to us if he doesn’t have at least 15 ft of space to pull up and drive off, making it so he doesn’t have to leave his mail truck. I leave enough space behind my car for him to pull up and step out and put the mail away. He has approached my husband, with a condescending tone, and told him the car would need to be moved or they don’t have to deliver our mail and he has put an official slip on my windshield explaining they need 30 ft to preform their job! Nothing was mentioned about not delivering mail if space isn’t available. I’m just confused because I have neighbors who park in front of their houses leaving the SAME amount of space for the mailman and there isn’t any issues. I’m also confused because I moved from a city where the post service actually get out of their mail trucks and deliver mail by foot. And it’s not a tiny city. My old house was on a hill and had A LOT of stairs to climb to get to the mailbox and not once were we threatened with our mail not being delivered because the mail carrier had to get out of their mail truck. I will not stop parking my car in front of my house where the parking is legal. I would also like to add that we have a fire hydrant on the corner in front of our house so a certain amount of open space is absolutely necessary for that. I am not moving my car closer to the fire hydrant so a mail carrier can stay inside of his truck. I just cannot believe I’m having so many issues because my car is parked legally in front of my own house, not blocking the mail box.

This is the 2nd time that my mails are delivered/sent/misrouted to my brother's address in El Cajon, CA 92019! The first mail was from JC Penny billing which shows my real address here in Bellevue NE 68123 and now my brother called me that a letter from the Clerk of Court District of Nebraska addressed to me and bearing my residential address here in Bellevue NE 68123 was sent to him! I am just wondering why some of my letters are being sent to his residential address in Al Cahon, CA wherein other letters of mine are directly sent to my home address in Bellevue, NE 68123. The 2 letters that were inadvertently sent to my brother's address in El Cajon CA are pertinent/important documents that needs my immediate attention! May I request that this be addressed/corrected immediately. Thank you.

I expected 2 packages. Both were not delivered but marked as delivered. I opened a ticket and called right after. No one contacted me concerning the ticket or to ask if I received my packages. Ticket was however closed as completed. When I called back over 48 hours later, the rude manager said all her carriers had left. She was very condescending. Apart from interjecting when I tried to talk, she kept saying things like “did you not hear me” when I asked for clarification. I am so disappointed USPS management Bellevue. You can keep my package.

I saw the mail person go right by my house and I had mail to go out and flag was up. Address: 612 Bellevue Blvd North.

I missed a deliver requiring signature. Instead of opening the screen door and leaving the tag on the front door or leaving it wedged in the screen door, they leave one of their tags on my glass where it's cold and humid, so of course the adhesive fails and it falls off and lands into the water. I can still read the article number from the soggy mess, however it doesn't seem to be registered in their system so I cannot schedule a redelivery. Not certain what kind of operation these folks are running, but it needs much more than it has now to be desired.

We have REPEATEDLY seen our mail carrier drive by. Not delivering, simply driving by. I understand that snow makes it difficult, but we seem to have a lazy carrier. Whom do I have to talk to to resolve this? Our mailbox has been cleared in front and there is plenty of room to deliver. WTF??!!?? Have them perform their duties or replace their lazy OVERPAID asses!!!!

Our mailbox is on our house and today 5/8/2021, the mail carrier once again drove right by our house and did not stop to collect the mail that needed to be taken. This has happened more than once in the past couple months. It is very frustrating knowing these mail carriers are one of the better paid and for them to simply drive by without collecting mail that needs to be collected is just unacceptable. In March of this year I did not receive my MUD bill so I had to pay twice as much in April. I do believe my bill was delivered to a wrong address. I have also received other people's mail at my address and these mailings had a different address than mine on them, plain as day. Please handle these annoying issues as I would like for my mail to be picked up when I have something hanging on my mailbox and not for these mail carriers to just simply drive by. It's irritating, inconsiderate and they are not doing what they are getting paid to do, simply put, their job!!

Mail hasn’t been delivered since last Thursday I understand Friday was more than likely due to the weather but still nothing even though I received daily notification of mail to be delivered via the informed delivery plan. What is the problem? Also have a package from days ago by USPS and still have not received.

I just watched our regular mail lady throw my package at my door and leave it. I was right behind her coming home. She didnt even walk up the stairs to set it by the door or ring the door bell. The package says DO not bend HANDLE with care and she still slung it up to our door. This is the same lady who refuses to shut our mail box about 30% of the time and shoves packages in our box and let's them hang out for people to potential grab. The only number you can call right now due to covid is the 800# and nobody picks up or returns ur calls. I stayed online for 30 mins and the recording asks if u would like someone to call you back, so I selected yes. The phone rings an hour later only to have the machine immediately put me back on hold?! Absolutely frustrating...

We live in a subdivision where homeowners (10-12) have placed mail boxes by the main road for convenience of delivery. On May 5th we, and evidently others in the area, had a letter delivered from the post office reciting that a package had been delivered to "your mailbox" by mistake, that it was "scanned at your mailbox", that attempts to recover by knocking on our door had been unsuccessful and the package should be returned to the post office by May 8th. If not returned "we may be forced to send the Postal Inspection Service and local police" after citing "Mail theft is a federal offense". Firstly, no such package was ever received by us--we have assured our neighbor (victim), and they have expressed doubt about the delivery since the carrier brought another package to their door the same day. Secondly, no carrier ever knocked on our door--in the middle of a pandemic, someone has always been present in the house. Lastly, in a phone conversation today, a postal employee advised me the letter was sent as an "investigation" of the missing package and, although she wouldn't have been offended by the letter, if we were, she apologized. Apology Not Accepted. As a long time supporter of the USPS, I am now rethinking the issue of its removal from a government function to the private sector.

Have to give a HUGE THANK YOU to the staff today. I arrived at 4:55 pm not even realizing the office was still staffed. I had a question about a pkg so waited behind 4 other people in line. The staff was very courteous and helpful ... and it was after 5 pm. by the time they were able to help me. I APPRECIATE that. THANK YOU!

This post office is horrible! I have had many packages delivered to my mail box and front porch several times by UPS and FedEx but the Bellevue Post Office can't seem to get that figured out when it comes to them delivering my packages/mail. I had 2 packages be undeliverable in 2 days. 1st attempt said incorrect address when I confirmed with the tracking supervisor that my address was indeed correct. The 2nd attempt the next day said the customer moved. Which I did not! Who are they to say I moved or not. I had to go into the post office because the 800 number was useless. 1 of my packages was sitting the back room with the address matching my drivers ID. Still waiting to get my 2nd package as their hours are very limited on the weekends. I am very unhappy with this situation. On top of it our mail carrier is terrible! Will leave nasty notes in our mail box regarding a car parked on the street. If they have time to write a nasty note then they can take the time to walk a foot to my mailbox and deliver my mail properly. UNHAPPY CUSTOMER AND IF I COULD AVOID THE BELLEVUE POST OFFICE I WOULD!

Our mail carrier has withheld our mail because we had our car parked infront of our house. She has also left hateful notes about snow, and cars and other such things and actively not given our mail to us. I’ve seen her throw our packages onto the porch from the last step. Onetime my sister in law sent a package in oct, I didn’t recive it until APRIL. I’m so FED UP WITH THIs WHOLE THING.

Postal carrier pulls up to my drive and tells me I have to move my car which is parked across the street or he wont deliver my mail. This is a PUBLIC street with parking on that side of the street. I told him I wouldn't be moving my vehicle so he sped off with my mail in hand. Called the office and they said they would mention it to him, WTH!!!!!

No mail today as of 9:50 PM. The carrier comes from this branch. Poor service all around. I am on the Informed Delivery Daily Digest. Supposed to get 9 pieces of mail today. And the cost for a stamp goes up on 1/21.

This is the worst post office in the world. Everytime I come here there is only one person working and they are always in the back. Their customer service is dreadful.

I agree. I try and avoid the post office there. Customer service ruins my day EVERY DAY I GO THERE. The people there need to find a job they like that pro ably would t Intel costumer service because they are so negative. They should replace them with a machine considering the machine wouldnt make me feel negative towards someone
