Tried to call post office 15 after scheduled to open. Attempting to call because tracking information is show6 that my address is unknown. Phone was off the hook. Very poor customer service!

Seriously! I could not ask for a more terrible postal service! Packages get lost ALL the time and or sent to the wrong person! It’s like the people here can’t freaking read an address properly! The head manager here is..I’m sorry...and absolute a hole! It sucks that this is where I have to get my mail! >:(

Why is the PO closed for an hour in the middle of the day when that's when regular working folk can get there? Another thing, if these comments aren't read by postal employees, who reads them?

Because they too are working people and need lunch. They begin their day a full 2 hours b4 they open. I dont work there but ALL post offices except in big cities do this. People need to stop and thing, they are humans not machines, they make mistakes, there is a big turn over in employees at Post Offices. Its because of how tgey are treated by the public. Most times its a new person who just started and there are alot of federal laws to learn at the P.O has to abide by.

I am very disappointed I understand people make mistakes but don't treat me like crap I was very nice it's not my fault you made a mistake so during Christmas the post office told me they delivered a parcel to my door witch was a Christmas gift and they said some one must of stolen it OK well then my sister received it back with a note saying we refused it at the door now we have a very important parcel coming that we paid the tracking and everything for it said it was delivered today in the parcel box well the key wasn't in my box so I called the lady was very irritated with me but I was nice and she said it's there look again so I did and it still wasn't there so I called again and she was flat out rude saying she wasn't even supposed to be working today OK I understand but I was being very polite and she was very rude and disrespectful as if it was my fault there was a mistake made I get it people make mistakes no big deal but don't be rude that's just ridiculous

We submitted a temporary change of address the end of October and have still not received any mail from Stanley. My husband called there yesterday and they said they were never notified when we got the confirmation saying it had. This is the second time this has happened to us in the five years we have become snowbirds. Now we are going to probably get late fees. We had to resubmit the info again and the person he talked to really could have cared less.

It goes through a totally different department and post office will b nitified when its process. They cant give you something they dont have. I dont work there but gave elsewhere. Every post office in the country gas complaints. They operate under federal law. So if they havent gotten mail in for you, they certainly cant give u any.
