I received mail delivery Monday, 12-12-22, no mail from Tuesday through Monday 12-19-22. Yes, there was a storm the 13th through the 16th. Delivery resumed Saturday, 12-17. Special delivery Sunday 12-18. Regular delivery Monday 12-19. I DID NOT RECEIVE DELIVERY. The substitute carrier believes it is USPS policy to take PART of the route each day. After calling several local post offices and sending an email to the Dakota district in Mpls, I received delivery on Tuesday, 12-20. It is now Friday 12-23, and again I have not received delivery for 2 days. My rural road WAS bladed clear. Why is the postal service allowing this post office and carriers to do part time work and be paid for the full route and mileage each day??? I get newspapers and packages regularly, I know I have mail to be delivered.
