Our mail boxes have been knocked over for at least three weeks. This effects at least 15 to 20 residents. $00 block on E Brandon Dr in Bismarck ND, 58503.

Every single time I have a package to deliver to Mandan it’s always a hassle and I could just as well drive there to deliver it myself. No where else by every time it’s going to Mandan ND it doesn’t get updated and sits who knows where for days. What are you guys doing in Bismarck/Mandan that you can’t handle mail delivery? Does 403 Ave F West, Bismarck ND get mail on Saturdays

My priority package mailed March 9 from Richland, Montana has not arrived and is lost in the system. It was to arrive at PO Box 247, Williston, ND. In tracking it was missent in Bismarck to Fargo, ND and is now in Memphis, Tennessee. This is an important piece of mail and how can this happen?

I have also complained to Amazon about this problem. If a package is transfer from ups to usps you can add at least another 5 days onto the delivery date because the package is still in the Bismarck facility snd not being delivered.

We live at 2610 Lexington Dr., we can't get into our mailbox - either someone else broke off a key or a tumbler is wrong - we need our mail - please advise - box 14 on Lexington - not first problem with this - let's get it fixed

We had mail (bills) to go out and be mailed yesterday, 4/12/21 and carrier just left it in the mailbox along with new mail received. If I get a late charge for my payment being late - I will forward it to you and expect it to be paid.

The employees are rude today. I am not impressed and I don't think they are honest with the services offered.

The USPS is TERRIBLE! All I want to know is where the package that I mailed to a friend in the 58504 zip code shows up as "Delivered" yet the recipient has NOT received the package! VERY poor service! USPS is inferior in delivery and customer service! Shame on them!!!

Very disappointed the post person just stopped delivering with out any notification at the property until Friday at which she didnt even go to the office she went to the apartments where she parks right in front of the handicap parking blocking the areas. The area she is talking about is clear enough for her to distribute since she doesn't leave her vehicle and parks on the curb to put mail in the wrong boxes she is stating a 30 ft clear off this is on a city street as well, again she doesn't get out of her vehicle. . Today was the first day a piece of paper was taped to the outside of mailbox with notes handwritten that mail is at the downtown office! This is ridiculous she couldnt stop in to the office that is located right in front of the mailboxes to say the least. I have had continued issues with mail being put in wrong boxes even packages. You should of at least stopped in not just stopped delivering with a contact to the office

Today is Jan. 18th... I have not gotten my mail since Jan. 13th. Has the delivery stopped to 632 E Calgary Ave. My neighbors have not received mail either.. Please check into this situation....

The post carrier is dum as hell I am not getting my business mail the post office need to hiried who can read

My husband ordered a hardhat that he needs because his is worn out and he can get in trouble for it besides the obvious safety issues. The postal carrier confirmed that she had it and just simply didn't deliver it to the hotel my husband is staying at. She instead thinks she may have possibly put it in another parcel box at a trailer park behind the hotel but they cant get into it because the lock is broken. It may take up to a week at which time my husband will be gone to the next job. So now not only does he not have the safety equipment he needs but the post office is claiming that if they can not find it he will have to contact the seller and they will have to make a claim. This is a crock of shit. Now that I have all this info I will be forwarding it higher up the line to a post master above them. ALSO if something happens to my husband and he gets injured because he does not have the proper equipment due to your negligence, I will sue this post office and the mail carrier personally. I will not stop until I win. Have a nice day.
