No matter what they say they do not care. They have that 1.8 rating out of five for a reason. It should be -1.8. Mail put in the box that was supposed to have been brought to the door and signed for. Mail not received at all they should have been. I check this normal size mailbox for my aunt at least twice a week and I know what should be there and what shouldn’t. it is very inconsistent. I have the smallest box available at my post office. There’s never been a problem. Sometimes it’s days before I can get there. No problem they take everything roll it up together and put it in the box , being the professionals they are. When I open her normal size mailbox I never know what I’m going to see. She just received a magazine wrapped in plastic stamped by the Postal Service saying dear postal customer. we sincerely regret the damage to your mail during handling by the Postal Service we hope this incident did not inconvenience you. OK, what mail was damaged? She is expecting a very important letter. Was it in the supposedly we hope this didn’t inconvenience you mess or wasn’t it? If your mail is that damaged what do they do with it? As far as I’m concerned it should be delivered anyway with a note saying we are sorry this happened and hope this wasn’t an inconvenience. The apology and the mail should have been put in the mailbox together. She needs her mail regardless of the condition as I’m sure everyone else does. I’ve left messages for them and of course I have not received a call back. Gonna give the place a call where the letter is coming from and pray they haven’t sent it out yet. As far as I’m concerned this place should be SHUT DOWN!!!

I have been waiting since before Dec 25th,2020 for news paper delivery from the Washington Post. I was told the papers were mailed from Washington, DC on 122120. Where are they? Also I just received a pkg that was ordered Nov 27 two days ago. What is the problem?
I went to the PO Saturday morning at 8:45 to check my PO box. The doors to the lobby were locked. I have a review for you. If you can't even unlock the doors, I think I know why the PO is broke!
Been complaining almost 2 years about my mail going other places and still to this day Im still having problems this is crazy smdh and when you call the post office nobody returns your calls and the people are rude as ever this is sad smdh
My carrier delivers the mail as late as 5:30pm and on Saturday didn't come all day. Why does it take me a week to get mail from Columbia SC, when the website said I should get it in 2-3days.
