Terrible service. They have been refusing to contact me on the status of a very important package. I have called, e-mailed and due to my long hours at work I cannot reach them at the time they are open. You guys need to do better, have some pride in your job.

My mother has a handicap mailbox at the house and some days she got no mail or pick up of her outgoing mail on box at house this week and then other days they put her mail in other peoples mailboxes at the road. They have to deliver to her. We got a handicap box for her because she’s unable to get to the road. Please have someone contact me to discuss. I’ve tried calling numerous times and it rings and rings and no answer. If you will contact me I’ll call you at whatever day and time. Thank you. Joan.

Large heavy box was not delivered on 4/19, as reported. I have video doorbell. Just received mail for 4 other people, so assuming my package went elsewhere. It was bottles of a liquid supplement that I really need and now I’m not sure what to do. Expensive mistake and no recourse.

No thanks to DeJoy, we are having issues with our mail. I didn't receive my Duke Energy bill and we often get our neighbors' mail. What the hell are these employees getting paid to do, ass around? Lose my mail again and it's going to be a shyte show, I will promise you that.

The mail carrier is delivering mail after dark. Riding up and down the streets in my neighborhood several times, putting mail wherever because he or she cannot see addresses in the dark. This has been ongoing within the past few weeks. This matter needs to be resolved immediately.

PLEASE talk with our NEW carrier! She is putting the mail in the WRONG mailboxes! I know some of my neighbors but not all of them. AND I don't trust that they will put our mail (if delivered to them on accident) in our box. Today was the second time that I received 315's mail.

My mother lives in apartments and today 12/18/2018 the mailman opened the outgoing box. A tenant was nearby and saw it was very full with letters she had put in there a week ago. The outgoing mail had not been picked up in over a week. This could cause payments to be late. The excuse was bc of the weather. There is no excuse for this. The mailbox is located in a apartment building. The US postal service should be held reliable for any payments late bc of this postman.

No postal service to/from our address since 12/8/18, will it happen today (12/12/18)? Grandparents are driving in/out of our development, can't understand why postal service can't deliver/pick up from box at curb.

I have had several packages that were supposed to be delivered to my house but I find them at my neighbors houses. This is usually on the weekends. There is only one postal carrier at Waughtown that is competent when delivering. If he doesn’t deliver it goes to pieces. You can’t get them on the phone busy signal. They arent much better in person! Makes the USPS look bad!

Today (11/15/18) I was left a "sorry we missed you" note concerning a registered letter. I was home all day as my husband is very ill and is not left alone. The Waughtown branch serves our neighborhood. This mailman often mixes up our mail with a neighbor and has been known to ask someone to deliver some piece of mail to a neighbor. I guess today was just too uncomfortable for him to come to the door.

Every time you have a substitute mailman, I don't get my deliveries. The mailman obviously doesn't realize that there is a Townsend Drive and right across Kernersville Road there is Townsend Ridge. How can I get a catalog (with my name on it) at my address and then not get the Amazon package with the same name and same address as the catalog that was delivered? It doesn't make sense. Please give your mailmen a tour of the area, if that is what it takes.

called about no postal delivery (Konnoak area) in 4 days due to snow in area, asked employee about how my bills were going to get paid if there was no mail pickup because the mail people were being called back due to the roads being hazardous, she told me TO FIND A MAILBOX and put them in there, Now how stupid was that answer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They'll leave me mail, but not take outgoing mail! Am I missing something? This has happened 3 times in less than two months! And no one will answer the office phone!

Received my neighbors mail today and call Waughtown post office and the hateful person on the phone didn't want to hear a word I had to say. This is the worst post office I have ever dealt with. I wish they would have closed it down. As a taxpayer I don't appreciate lip service when I have a complaint. If this were a private business it would be out of business. I'm going to complain and complain to the postmaster general about this place till something gets done about these people.
