I have only been receiving a fraction of the mail that is supposed to be forwarded to my North Carolina address. It is being returned to the sender as undeliverable. It is causing all sorts of problems for me. This started happening last year in December and continues to get worse and worse. So I would give the post office a failing grade at this point
