When a federal government agency REFUSES to even answer the phone, they should be FIRED.

802 Morrison farm Rd. I put up mailbox in 2014 and since that time it has been hit nut please times. I put it where told to put it by post office. My neighbor pulls up to check there’s but wouldn’t hit mine even with back of car. The only way it could be hit is by postal driver. Today I went out, my mailbox on ground including mail which included some medication on the ground that came in mail. If the mail person is doing this , why wouldn’t they leave me a note. I never drive up to box so know it’s not me. I’m putting up a new one but would like someone to question the driver, don’t know name but there are a lot of dents in his car. Thank you
