There computer 6 out of 10 is always down, can't get money orders. Why is a problem with a Post office? In the past the clerk couldn't get into the safe to get the money orders. I have had problems getting others mail also. I hope no one gets my mail.

I went to the Saxapahaw PO today to mail a box. Signs everywhere requiring customers to wear a mask. Hand sterilizer at the wicket. 2 customers ahead of me, both masked. When it was my turn, I was met by a clerk who was NOT masked. I said "No mask?". She laughed and said "It doesn't pay to come into work early". I have no idea how that was related to the absence of a mask. In a time when the Omicron virus is sweeping the nation and there is a state mandate, it is unacceptable that a USPO employee be serving customers without protective measures in place.

It's really not convenient when the hours on the website aren't the same as the hours they are actually open. For me, that means I go once, find that they are closed, go back a second time for a total of 40 miles of driving.
