I have the worst experience in the Rockingham post office I did not know if your mail did not have a paid stamp that they would disregard it this is the first time I had ever did a change of address in my whole entire life and I am 50 years old so when she asked me was I getting mail I said no because I'm used to getting a lot of mail everyday whether it's magazines or something I got the basics the things that I had changed my address my car insurance my light bill I have yet to go get my bank statement and I did a change of address at the bank but everything else has been thrown in the trash which is not really a problem but the problem was her attitude with so nasty and if you're not working at the post office and you do not know all these things then how would you know your stuff would be thrown away so she had the worst attitude and was really really nasty and you know maybe I'm just in my feelings but I think she needs to be handled because they call her working in sales she didn't sell or help anything I worked in sales for many years and I never treated a customer as nasty as she did

Today i*'ve called nearly two hours . Oh wow they just decided to deliver the mail at 4:41 pm

Everyday my families mail experience is a rather difficult one.....we usually gave our mail placed in the wrong box...if the mail comes at all....we've even had bundles of mail returned even when we stand outside all day and wait....what a mail system. .....
