I want to know why we do not get postal service on many Mondays? I live near Lynn Rd Elem School. Yesterday I was to receive new glasses, got a delivery confirmation and no mail. This happens to our street about 1-2 times a month. I have a Ringdoor bell and I can guarantee no mail truck was on our cul-du-sac yesterday. Any reasons?

My regular postman was out yesterday and his replacement must have been under pressure to hurry because I saw her pull up to my mailbox and literally throw my (size large flat rate) package out of the window to the ground beside my mailbox. Surely this is not according to protocol!!

Hello Attached please find photos of a very special and irreplaceable custom archery bow my daughter sent back to me. It was purchased from an Italian bowmaker by me 17 years ago and since then the bow maker has died and they are no longer in production. This model was made for only one year and are not found here in the US. I won 2 national archery championships with it so it means a lot to me. She mailed it from your location on November 23rd insured. When the package arrived here in Colorado and I went to sign for it, you can imagine my heartbreak to find a pink sticker on the box saying "contents missing". See photo. My daughter and I both have tried to file a claim online but it will not let us. I have been trying to find out where the pink sticker was put on the package as it clearly shows on the label the package weight when mailed. I wish to find my bow before it is sent to the facility in Georgia where they auction lost items off. The thought that could happen is devastating. No money can replace or purchase another one like it. Mt daughter went to ask someone at your facility if they might have found it and the woman immediately accused her of accusing her of stealing which was not true. My daughter never even mentioned she thought someone stole it, rather she was asking if they found it. To make a terrible situation worse the woman behind the counter then accused my daughter of being a racist and other names. I write this email with a broken heart and beg you to please see if any one along the delivery way might have found my bow and turned it in. Please help me find my special bow. Thank you very much.

NOW I UNDERSTAND THE DISCONNECT. IT IS A SHAME THAT NO ONE IS TRYING TO BETTER THIS POST OFFICE. I MEAN FOR A LETTER TO SIT MORE THAN A DAY WHEN IT IS GOING TO A POST OFFICE BOX IS RIDICULOUS. I HATE TO SAY IT, BUT ALL THE EMPLOYEES NEED TO BE FIRED AND REPLACED!!!!

Worst ever, every package sent to this place is lost for weeks . You people suck so bad. Just getting Christmas cards 4 weeks later. 2 different packages have been lost at this place for weeks now. This place is the f'inblack hole

My package has been sitting in Raleigh for 12 days and no one will answer my emails or calls. This is so frustrating,never again will I deal with the USPS.

Worst post office ever ! waited in line 25 minutes to mail package got to counter and was told package was too large. Even though I looked it up online and bought the box according to size the internet stated was correct. The postal worker was very aware that it was and it national mailing and that I had filled out a customs form Bec raise he gave me the form. I Returned this Sat waited in line for 37 minutes and was told could not mail international mail on Sat and could not hold over it until Monday. He said I would have to return through the week and that the international mail had to be pushed out by 1:45 pm M-F meaning I will have to be at the post office M-F 9-12 essentially to mail this package and be sure it goes out on time . I still have successfully gotten the package mailed and his attitude only makes it worse . Won’t return there are other post office.

I ship and receive lot of packages on a daily basis and they all ways seem to sit in Raleigh for days . Maybe you need another Post Master. Your turn over is terrible there.

On Saturday, the postal worker who delivered my large package of paper towels left the box on the ground next to the mailbox! Unbelievably lazy and ridiculous! The postal worker who delivers to Leadmine Rd. area should be called out for this! I will be glad to provide my address!

On June 17, 2019, I made a personal visit to the the USPS location at 1 Floretta Place because a letter that was mailed on June 6, 2019 had not been delivered to the recipient. The letter was 8 days late. I confirmed with the company that the letter was mailed. I also confirmed with the recipient that they had not received the letter The front desk mail clerk advised me to speak with Keisha at 919-420-5227. The front desk clerk also sent Keisha a fax and email advising Keishia to contact, me the customer. I dialed 919-420-5226 on June 17, 2019, June 18, 2019, June 20, 2019, and June 21, 2019. There was no answer and I was unable to leave a message. I never received a telephone call from Keisha who holds the title of supervisor. This is poor and unexceptional customer service and she deserves a poor work evaluation. Now, I understand why customers are dissatisfied with the services of the United States Postal Service.

I live at 2600 Glenwood Ave Apts. Almost every day there are several pieces of missed placed mail put in the central area. I don't mid missing junk mail but I am quite concerned losing bills!

I am not at all happy w USPS. 1st of all Monday 4/23/18 I recvd form to accept a certified letter, I filled out & returned to my mailbox w/ my signature. As well as went online per web address on the back of the form. I stated online tht I would recv Wed. 4/25/18. I have NOT recved my certified letter. The letter could possibly contain pertinant imfo of a deceased relative.I attempted several times to NO avail to contact the Ral. N.C.post office.WHERE & WHEN will I receive???? I will pursue this matter to a higher up absolutely NO excuse!!!.
