I am having a terrible problem getting a package that is sent from your post office, I’ve contacted the sender from eBay and he keeps saying that he sending it to the correct address which is not my correct address. I called my local post office today and if you could go ahead and pull up this tracking number you will see. 9505 5119 2412 1063 7491 My correct address is 2913 SE 8th Ave Cape Coral, FL 33904

One employee ruined the reputation of this post office. This employee named James accused me of stealing tape and box from another USPS office. When I came in with the intent to pay those and ship it in this branch because the other USPS office's credit/debit card payment system went down. I honestly thought I can pay for the supplies and ship it from this branch. He is very rude and disrespectful. If I would have known that I will be treated with disrespect here,I should have just driven a few more miles to another branch and ship it from there.

Zero customer service skills, lack of communication skills, and lacking manners. I prefer to drive the extra two miles away to be treated with respect. As one of the employees at this location said "We're in the business to make money"... RUDE, and disgusting.
