I had my meds coming in mail and should of been here 6 days ago and still haven't got it. I've called many times to the post office and no one will answer the call. Any idea what to do because I need my meds and the doctor can't give more till next month.

I ordered a 500 dollar limited product record. Shipping label was created and immediately lost my package from their. It never was scanned again and delivery date was over a week ago. Absolutely unbelievable. Is there anything I can do to find that package as it's probably just sitting somewhere within view that is just being overlooked? As a collector this limited piece is irreplaceable

The post office on institute st will not deliver on our road. Our road is completely drivable and we pay our taxes. No reason why they can’t deliver on this road. Ridiculous!

With COVID-19 forcing people to work from home, we have had some challenges with our mail delivery. The part of the neighborhood that I live in has off-street parking, and we received a notice from the post office to ensure that our vehicles are are far enough away from the mail boxes so the mail carrier can deliver our mail successfully. After about a month of getting my mail thrown onto my front port and not placed into my mail box, I called the Mooresville Post Office and asked that the mail be placed in the mail box because, 1. I travel at times and may not be able to secure the mail for a couple of days. 2. With the mail being on my front porch and not in my mail box it could be a signal to criminals that I am not at home. 3. The mail could get damaged or even blown away due to weather. The mail carrier complied to my request for about two weeks, but the past two days I have found my mail thrown onto the front porch yet again. There is a reason why we have mail boxes, for the safety and security of our mail and privacy. While I understand that parked vehicles along the street in front of the mail boxes is an inconvenience, I would expect that it is the mail carrier's responsibility to deliver the mail into its appropriate mail location at each address. I have tried to go about this using without using a public forum, but I don't know what else to do here... I just think that it is not an unrealistic request or expectation for my mail to be placed into my mail box and not thrown onto my front porch...
