I appreciate the hard work that our postal workers at Lake Royale are doing, they do work hard. I am very frustrated with them because I will go to the mail box to find a slip that says the item was too big for the box. In order for me to retrieve the package from the worker, I have to take time off of work because I don't get home until after 5:00 pm. Nine times out of Ten the package would fit into one of the boxes on site, the ones they use for packages but they don't put it in there; I am forced to take time off of work to pick up that package. I don't understand why they don't put the packages in a locker and leave a key in my box. Most recently I had a package delivered from Belk, they said it was delivered to Louisburg post office, I have yet to see it. Something needs to be done about how they put the mail out.

The box that was sent to arrive Saturday, has been found, so no need to respond or do anything to the inquiry. Thanks for being available for mail problems.

This has been the second time my package has been delivered to the wrong address. I went to my local post office and alerted them but still have not received my package.

About a month ago, I noticed that my white mailbox with dachshunds painted on the sides was altered where you open the box. Somebody took a magic marker and put my street number on the front. There was no need to do that as my house number is clearly shown on the post the mail box is sitting on. I called the post office to ask if my mail carrier did that because there was no reason for anybody else to do that. I spoke with a supervisor who promptly said that it was not the mail carrier because he asked him. Of course the carrier is going to say he didn't do it. So if I try to get the magic marker off it will ruin the looks of my mail box, and just today, 3/21/19, somebody else's order was delivered to my home . The address clearly states the house number which is not mine :(

I was in the post office and I happen to look at the picture on the wall..it depicts the 1930's in louisburg nc ..It shows African American as slaves in clothes that slaves would wear. Now with that being sad ,I asked the lady about the picture..i told her to me it was unsettling..she said with a smile that's our history...but I asked her what if i had u picking that tobacco knowing our slave history ..if I had u in those fields..beat and forced to work.......WOULD YOU LIKE FOR ME TO SAY THATS MY HISTORY..history is a wonderful thing..but what you call history was like a sword that cut and slice thru African American people that have to see that picture..you can have history but dont show my people as the way your displaying them..thank you..

The guy that answers the phone is such an A-hole! I called for one simple question & he was beyond rude!

This is the most pathetic post office I have ever dealt with. They don't send you your mail that has been forwarded and they forward mail that you should have received. I have contacted the 800 number numerous of times about the problems I've had with them and each time I get a case number.

we must have someone new, and someone who shouldn't be delivering mail since he doesn't know to delivery it. I have a package that is delivered to my mailbox, WASN'T MINE! That got better when I complained last time, what kind of people of you hiring????

So I ordered a package and it stopped at this post office (louisburg,NC) and who ever the guy was (he didn't mention his name) that answered the phone was rude and did not sound like he wanted to be there at all. I'm asking him questions and he's cutting me off before I could even finish my sentence (assuming he knew what I was going to ask) I was very polite through out the entire call and he just wasn't very pleasant or professional. Coming from a customer service background I just expected better. Advise: If the guy isn't a phone person then he shouldn't be answering the phone. Best,
