I don't always know what shipping method my n orders will come by. When I ship to my home address, which is forwarded to my PO box, they will return my mail to sender.

I am so sick and tired of finding my mailbox open. I have gone to the box immediately after the mail was delivered and it’s hanging open! Rain or shine, mailbox open with mail or packages inside! Any crackhead knows how to close a mailbox, but not the Lincolnton mail carriers!

I had a back order coming from Gerney's. A package of corn seed. Gerney's said it had been shipped and I thought it would come anyday. I finally put in the tracking #'s and my seed is in NC. I am in Colorado. If you haven't opened it, message me and I will give you mailing information. If you have planted it----enjoy. It was really good last year.

I am very upset with a delivery of a package made today May 24th. Was cloudy and calling for storms all evening. The package was left on top of a small fridge my husband had taken out of his tractor at the top of our driveway. Only 10 more feet and could have been left on our porch out of harms way. It poured rain and by the time we seen package the box was soaked and already collapsed.

Why is my package sitting in your post office instead of being redelivered???? No Access?? Since when? It's going to a BUSINESS. Apparently based on the comments below, you seem to have this problem often. Maybe fix the issues you're having, or at least flipping redeliver the package like you're supposed to!This is my Second Call to Customer Service requesting delivery... we'll see what happens this time. This is the LAST time I'll use USPS for shipping.

you pay for priority mail and and it take longer to get your package. Not the first time and wont be the last. Post office will get there money but the customer may never get there package.

Wondered if there was a problem with mail service yesterday, 4/24/19 on English Oak Dr. On the evening before I put an important letter in mailbox and put the red flag up. I kept checking until 6 pm on the 24th - flag still up. No mail received and the flag is still up with my letter still in mailbox.

I have no idea why the mail route in the West Lincoln NC area is in such chaos, but it needs to be corrected! Mail not being picked up or delivered till 9 pm, putting an entire communities mail in one box ( if its a good neighbor they bring you your mail if not you may never see it !) This has been going on for weeks ! The incompetence is scary! The fellow in the small green Kia needs to be fired ! This is completely unacceptable. Fix it!

I went in to purchase one (1) stamp this morning at the Lincolnton Post Office...where I go often. All I had was a $20 dollar bill. The stamp was $0.50. She asked if I had anything smaller and when I said no...you would of thought I slapped her! She was almost disgusted that she had to count out the $10, $5, 4-$1's and 2 $0.25's...very unprofessional in a customer service position. The gentleman behind me asked for 1 stamp as well and as I was leaving I heard her say, "you're not gonna hand me a $20 are you?"...of course I told the gentleman I would give her $0.50 so she wouldn't have to count out change! Absolutely not needed.

this post office is a huge failure, i ordered something using amazon and i paid for two day shipping so when i go to track my order it says at 6:30 am that they couldnt access my front door so they left a pink slip. i paid for two day and now im having to wait an extra day to pick up my package.

I am complaining about my mail lady. Any time I have a package that won't fit in the mail box, she checks the box on the slip that says "no access". I have to go to the post office to pick it up. UPS, and FedEx have no problem with accessing my driveway. Also when another carrier delivers ( I guess she's on vacation or sick) he places the package on my porch. My neighbors had the same complaint on her a while back.

I am submitting a complaint with the district manager. My regular carriers will not deliver my packages. Instead they leaves a slip for me to pickup my packages at the post office. I have called our local office and they say they will talk to her but nothing has been done.

Same here with me. My driver keeps listing my package as "no access". UPS, FedEx, and DHL all seem to have access.

I am submitting a complaint with the district manager. I order online for the majority if not all my gifts or regular household needs. My regular mail lady will not deliver my packages. Instead she leaves a slip for me to pickup my packages at the post office. I use delivery for the convience, not because I have time to go to the post office for my packages. Sometimes I need what I have ordered before Saturday but work full time and can't get to the post office when they are open till Saturday morning. I have gone out of my way to make sure my packages do not go through the USPS, instead through UPS or FedEx but sometimes it can't be helped. I have called our local office and they say they will talk to her but nothing has been done and the last two times I have called the post master hasn't even returned my calls. This has gone on for a year.

I have the same issue with my carrier Turner Household. I have an business and order all of my supplies from amazon online. I have to go to the post office several times a week, because my carrier will not bring them to my door. It drives me nuts.

I have a sever complaint against Main St. Lincolnton Postal service. I had an accident there in August 2014, I have contacted them by phone and in person, I have not as of today been helped with any information as far as insurance, whom is responsible for any incident claim. I requested a report that should be on file from a worker that was witness and I have been ignored, rejected, absolute dis regard for any one that may get hurt on there property. I know there is a worker whom has personal issue with my family which should not take precedence over professionalism, she is employee an should conduct herself as so. I know this sounds harsh and rightfully should it, when I did come inside to request the information I was in need of I was addressed from this lady with very derogatory remarks and accusations. Im offended that she didn't have ability to handle a few questions and responding with answers instead of her own personal thoughts. I will include I do not know her, therefore she need not speak of things that she does not know to be facts. Instead of a gossip she needs to take a class t learn humanity, consideration and how to be a professional in the position she is in. Please take this comment as an example to what can become of anyone who may be unfortunate to fall from the pavement being uneven-raised.

Called Lincolnton NC Post Office 9 times a day for 3 days in a row to ask a question. I let it ring 35 times every time I called. No one ever answered the phone. How can you ask a question if you can not get to the Post Office in person. When I do go to the PO, they let you know they are doing you a favor by waiting on you; they never get in a hurry, or suggest alternative shipping measures to save time or money. I believe Robots can do what the Lincolnton PO Counter Personnel do, as they do not display any signs of humanity.
