This one mailman doesn’t want to get out of his truck to put the mail in the mailbox so he just sends it back to the sender & i don’t get my bills , My cards , my important documents. He sends them all back, They have called me countless times to tell me that it’s been returned to sender . It’s only him that does this, If anyone else has the route they always get me my mail but unfortunately it’s mainly his route. Upon talking to neighbors he’s doing this to a lot of people and it’s flat out wrong and frustrating

Lost a Christmas present today that was left in my mailbox by a friend. They left it early thinking I would check my box, but I was late and mail was delivered, but wrapped package was not in the box. I think a honest mistake was made and the carrier thought it was for them and took it with them when they delivered my mail. All that was on the wrapped package was 'From Santa' and no name was on the package as it was a present from my secret Santa. I'm thinking it's too late to get this back from my carrier as they most likely opened it and have it at he. Please, everyone beware and tell people not to.leave wrapped presents in the mailbox unless it is a gift for your carrier and them address it to the mail carrier so they know it is theirs to take. I lost my present, a nice Carhart Long sleeve shirt to my understanding, but maybe if I can catch and talk to the carrier I can get it back and put it under tree.

I kept tracking my package from the moment it left the sender. I got a message saying my package was out for delivery and in Lexington NC where I live. And it never came and then I get an email saying it's undeliverable because of an incomplete address?? And getting sent back to the sender. I called the Lexington NC office and they were extremely rude to me. And told me I was wrong and that it didn't mean it was undeliverable or getting sent back to sender. Which is a lie on their end. Why would I have been sent that email then? Bottom line is where is my package. It's something I need like now. I can't wait weeks. Ht woman I talked to over the phone at this office had a terrible attitude and was rude to me.shebkeot saying how I was wrong about my package kept arguing with me about it. Said that it meant my package would be on a different currier to deliver to me today. Oh guess what? STILL NO PACKAGE.

I received notice that a package was not delivered due to no one available to sign. I am absolutely certain no attempt to deliver was made Packages are often left at various neighbor houses. This one requires a signature, therefore returned. We pay extra for services/insurance, but it’s not worth it when we can’t get a delivery. It’s also impossible to reach someone by phone at this location. I made myself available on the scheduled delivery date and watched for the carrier all day. My only notice was a message indicating they attempted delivery. This is unacceptable.

I was supposed to have had a package delivered today, and was notified it was delivered. Upon going to get the package from outside it was no where to be found. I can not get anyone at the post office to answer the phone, and I am upset! This was not a cheap item, and no one has knocked on my door all day. We have been here! Not to mention my normal mail time is 12:30 and it says this was delivered before then. I hope to hear from someone!!

On Jan 11, 2021 we received our neighbors mail (?) but not our mail. According to your tracking website we should have received a letter from our bank (BBT) and a water bill from Davidson Water. We hope you can find our mail for Jan 11 and deliver it properly. (Must have been an inexperienced sub). Thank you. G. Gahagan, 1647 Bethesda Road, Lexington, NC 27295

Hello, I called earlier today to see if I can get my mailbox moved because of a safety concern. The safety concern is that my mailbox is across a busy highway right off HWY 150 and I’ve almost gotten hit a couple of times just to get my mail, I personally think that is ridiculous I have to risk my life to get my mail! And when I called to ask unless my doctor writes a note saying that I physically cannot get my mail is also ridiculous! I guess it will be good enough when I get hit by a car huh? The mail should be worried about customers safety in getting mail and yes I feel like I am risking my life daily just to get my mail in which I shouldn’t. I just don’t understand why it’s such a big deal my the mailbox across the street where the driveway is!

Just a note to let you know that I did not request that any mail be held at the post office. I have a package from Mermaids cove that was said that an attempt was made on the 27 to deliver. I was home all day on the 27 and there was no one that came to my door. I expect my package on Monday. Thank you! Tanja Feezor

We used to have a great mail person but for over a year now it is a whole different experience than I’ve ever had in 30 years! Our mail never comes at the same time but I can deal with that no problem. What I can not deal with is that the neighborhood on the road across from us has the same house number but a completely different road name... we get their mail at least once per week! So in February I had to go get a post office box for our home based business just so I can be sure we will receive client payment & paperwork accurately!!! There is no telling how many times I have written a positive understanding note to the current postal person over the past year... nothing has changed... I tried calling our main office to make them aware but no one ever answers the phone. Maybe this will reach a person that still cares!

Our longtime postal carrier Keith (never knew his last name) retired a few months ago. Keith was the best! We could count on our mail between 9:30-20:00 a. m. He would walk packages down our driveway to hand deliver to us. He was always kind & considerate, a true gentleman. We unfortunately do not have good service now. Our neighbor often receives our mail. We never know what time of day the mail will arrive. One day last week the carrier placed mail in our mailbox then drove into the driveway with a package. Why didn’t he bring the mail with the package? We miss you Keith! Enjoy your retirement!

My mailbox has been hit by a car for the 2nd time this year! How can I get my mail until my husband has time to get it replaced? I also work 8am-5pm everyday so can't get to the post office to pick up my mail and I'm expecting an important package. Please let me know if maybe my mail can be dropped off on my porch.

Sorry as hell. We had family from out of town come to visit.. they parked in front of the house about 3 ft from the mail box. This sorry ass mailman wouldn't pick up the mail I needed sent out and wouldn't drop any mail off. The next day he still didn't pick up our package and laid our mail on the ground.

Our wonderful mail lady took good care of us today. Found our stolen wallet in a local neighborhood from last night, retrieved the contents, and brought it back to us this morning, even though she doesn't usually get to us until the afternoon. Was very grateful for her action, helped us through a tough situation after a burglary.
