LAKE JUNALUSKA POST OFFICE.....WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! EVIDENTLY CHANGED POST MASTERS. NEW POST MASTER IS HORRIBLE! POST OFFICE WORKS IRREGULAR HOURS WHEN WORKING PEOPLE CANNOT GET THERE. THEIR LUNCH HOUR COINCIDES WITH NORMAL LUNCH HOURS! NEW POSTMASTER VERY INFLEXIBLE AND DOES NOTHING TO HELP MAKE ANY SITUATION BETTER. IVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR 30 YEARS THERE AND I PROBABLY WILL MOVE POST OFFICE BECAUSE SHE WAS SO RUDE AND INFLEXIBLE! AS MUCH AS THESE BOXES COST, ONE WOULD THINK THE POST OFFICE COULD FIND A MORE ADEQUATE PERSON FOR POSTMASTER!

The Postmaster and assistant at this location are true professionals. The facility is always clean and well attended to. The ladies are friendly and know what they are doing, and they try to help in any way they can.

I have had it!!!! No wonder the government wants to shut the postal service down!! Today, I received notice that 2 separate pkgs were delivered and placed IN MY MAILBOX. WRONG ON EVERY COUNT!!!! After reading my Amazon info @ 8:30 pm, I walked down to the mailbox, wondering how in the world my one pkg ever fit into the mailbox. IT WAS PLACED ON THE TOP OF THE BOX!! How in the world can a respected institution such as yours, hire an ignorant and non-caring "person" to deliver valuable items, and then completely lie by saying that it was placed "in the mailbox". This act goes against every mode of trust, security, and down right ignorance!!! Especially with all the porch pirate activity going on, and this "person" placed it in very plain view, on top of my mailbox, alongside the road- totally disgusting!!!! I want to see this liar's head roll, until it's flat, and will never ever work again!! On a positive thought- each and every counter lady who works in the Lake Junaluska Post Office are always "gold", most helpful, courteous and awesomely delightful!! The one lady who goes out of her way to go up our driveway is most exceptional in every way- we love her!! We have experienced, many times, a mail person fails to simply close the front door of our mailbox, are still experiencing the lack of caring. We spent over $50 to insure that, once the front door would be closed properly, no rain or weather factors would damage our mail. But, evidently, there is no magic wand to force a carrier to simply close the door. So tired of attempting to open a rain soaked bunch of mail!! This latest instance put me over the edge!! Please let me know if you need me to prosecute or whatever. Sincerely, 32 Meg Pie Lane
