There is a new manager in the Kure Beach Office - she apparently is leaving- Need to complain about her- We live in a small community - I buy alot of packages - I have a PO box and a physical address here in Kure Beach - they know this because this is a small community - when I order something and they say it will be delivered by mail I put the PO box number but with courier I put the physical address- some companies send my packages via courier to the post office..I have no control over this they tell me they are being couriered.. instead putting aside for me - being kind and doing the right thing as a small town office she has sends back several packages - return to sender not even letting me know - not giving me any notice or anything .. very upsetting .. I just found out they sent two more packages back - this is ridiculous!!!!! This is a small town .. everyone knows everyone.. why is it so hard once in a while to put my package aside - being kind ?? She is horrible for doing this ..
I am very concerned about one of your employees and it's not Teressa, it's the other one and I do not know her name. I've had my PO Box for over 15 years. In the past year because I do consulting work that takes me out of town, my smaller PO Box fills up. This not so pleasant post office employee continues to harass me about getting a larger box. It's temporary that it overflows and I don't see what the problem is to put it in a container without harassing me. The latest episode with this employee happened today. I went to get a package that I was told by the sender had been delivered to the post office only to be told in an inappropriate response that it's not here. When I called the sender a second time, I was told that the post office had returned my package to the sender. I verified that the package was sent to me via UPS and delivered to this post office instead of my house and the post office knowing my address and PO Box sent the package back to the sender the same day it was delivered to them. Based upon the unpleasant response I received from your not so friendly employee I think she purposely sent the package back. Kure Beach has always been a small community with pleasant people. Your not so pleasant post office employee has no business working in our post office that supports very pleasant people.
Worst Post Office in the Area.. Getting your packages delivered is like pulling teeth with these folks. I have had to chase down the delivery driver more than once to get my packages. In addition the office hours are unreasonable. Theres days when there only open a few hours. Cmon how can you help us if your closed, When we get off at 5.. Going to contact the post master general about this place soon,
Theresa was contacted re; rental of a po box because we are moving from Culpeper & anticipate the need to change rental locations several times the 1st yr. She took her time & walked us thru the necessary steps & offered several ideas & recommendations! We are looking forward to seeing her next month!! Michael & Lisa Hofmann
The Kure post office employees and service are outstanding. Theresa runs the post office as if it were her own. She sticks by the rules of the government and the courtesy expected by we residents. Carolina Beach PO is fine but not as personal or as fast.
Pain in the butt to use the Kure Beach Post Office. Twice could not buy stamps as post office was closed. Carolina Beach is opened 8am-5pm STRAIGHT. HOW COME Kure Beach is not?
