Mail not being delivered, including medication and bills

New mail carrier on our street. I've given this young lady time to acclimate but I am very frustrated with the services we are receiving. More times than not we get other's mail (which means others are getting ours) and our mailbox is CLEARLY labeled. Today I rush to put a piece of mail in the box with the flag up because I needed it sent out and I go out to retrieve my incoming mail and find the flag was put down and my outgoing mail was STILL IN MY MAILBOX! Trying to locate something on the website so I can lodge a complaint and this is all I find!

The worst service and I live right behind the post office. You obviously have a substitute carrier that doesn't know their streets or addresses. I have had SEVERAL missing pieces of mail and I get other people's mail on a regular basis... I have filed a complaint with the Postmaster General and hope this resolves the issues.

This is the worst post office ever with the most rude customer service ever!! I will drive 100 miles out of my way to go to another because this one is that bad. I DO NOT recommend this one!!!

Two days now (4/24 and 4/25) without mail service in the Shadybrook area of Kannapolis. I called, and someone said they were running late THIS MORNING. It is already 7:30 p.m. Can someone help this carrier?? I need my mail!!
