Amazon package not delivered. Carrier stated there was no access. My driveway was fully accessible to my house. Garage door was open and steps for delivery of package free of debris. Front porch was available. I was home. Said carrier was about 3.5 hours late in delivering of mail to mailbox. My conclusion, is he/she did not want to take the time to deliver my package. Terrible service in this regard since I have never had a problem with delivery to my door steps!

Called the local office to find the postage for mailing 7 sheets of paper in a flat. "Is this a joke?" was the response. "You need to bring it in to be weighed". ...you don't know the postage rates?, I asked. It went down hill from there. "Well, put 4 or 5 stamps on it and that will work.?

a mailcarrier hit my mailbox and just drove off in southwest. Yes it may be raining but you messed up the brick boarder. Very disappointed I’ve never had this issue before with the previous carriers.

Once again I received an email that USPS could not complete the delivery of a package, 10 February, and that it was attempted to be delivered at 7:15 PM which is not true. I saw the mail person drive down my street, 405 Carole Drive, which normally occurs daily for delivery of mail to other houses on other streets and then comes back up my street to drop off mail. That did not occur last night. This is not the first time that this has occurred as it has taken place two other times.

On Sun Dec 1st 2019 , I was waiting for a package that was out for delivery, it never came around 530pm I noticed it said attempted delivery at 415pm. Not true I was home with front door open. Then I noticed it said package being held so I called. The gentleman said that in the computer our mail was placed on hold for delivery. We never placed our mail on hold . Someone messed or 2 someone's messed up.

My mail carrier is absolutely wonderful. Mrs. S ( no name of course 😃) is prompt, polite, and always has a smile for her folks. Thank you Mrs. S and Onslow county postal system. -K. Riley

Today I went to my mail box to collect my mail and I looked.down and noticed what look like a piece of paper laying in the ditch behind my mail box. GUESS WHAT it was a small package that was supposed to be delivered on Friday, today is Wednesday. That means your mail carrier dropped or threw the package there in the ditch and was to lazy to retrieve the item and put it in my box. Your mail carriers are lazy and very very rude. What a miserable way to treat the people who pay to use your services each day. I work in customer services and if I treated customers.in the way your carriers do I would be fired from my job.

It would be helpful if someone would ANSWER the telephone at the Post Office so that you could make an appointment for the Passport Office or just to ask a question! But when you get a CONSTANT BUSY SIGNAL for 45 MINUTES STRAIGHT, that tells me that the telephone is off the hook! Hire someone at a GS-2 step 1 rate just to answer the phone and direct calls to the right people. Don't say you don't have enough money to do that either force some of your managers and supervisors to retire and then you would have the money! This is just dumb.

THEY DON'T HAVE GS-2 WITHIN THE POSTAL SERVICE.
