The postal worker who serves the area around the angry ginger in Jacksonville NC will not deliver my mail to me even if I am standing outside and ask for my mail and the next day when I am at work I get mail in my mailbox postmarked for the day prior, the mail carrier does not deliver mail if my truck is even remotely close to my mailbox even if I am standing outside and walk up and ask for my mail, even when the mail is a bag of dog food that would be walked up to my front porch anyways because it won’t fit in my mailbox, I feel like this mail carrier does not care about delivering people’s mail and is just riding this job out until retirement, please speak up if you have encountered the same, every time I bring this issue up to the people at the post office they have said this person has been an issue and multiple other people I work with have said they’ve been saying this stuff to this post office about the person not delivering their mail and dealing with issues with this guy for 15 years, I’m sorry but that’s buljshít, get it together, last time I was at the post office to pickup my mail it was 10 minutes before they closed, they did not answer the door and 1 minute after close 3 people walked out and I said I needed my package and had been waiting since before they closed as no one else was in line and I was the only one waiting and they said “we’re closed I’m going home” honestly bullsh$$ I was there during the open hours and they just don’t give a fcvk, I hope the postmaster for this branch sees this, I would like to have some words about what is happening

I keep getting notification for an item that I ordered from Walmart as being delivered on 7/14/23 this box is pretty big it’s a standing lamp. I did not get that item and it seems that my mail goes to other peoples houses, but yet if this package was delivered to someone’s house other then mine do you think they are actually going to bring it to me. It seems to not only happen to me but several neighbors that live in this subdivision, I don’t know if it’s our regular girl cause she’s on point or if someone is filling in for her and don’t know how to read but this is ridiculous!

I have had many issues with this post office, often times I have had notifications from shipping status saying delivery unsuccessful, I know sometimes my truck is in front of my house and the mailman can’t get to my mailbox okay for small packages fine but when it’s a 40lb bag of dog food in an Amazon box that has to be put on my porch because it will not in any way fit in the mailbox and the mail man just drives right by and doesn’t even attempt to deliver it is where I have the issue, I have had this issue almost a dozen times over the past 2 years and I have not gotten a slip in my mailbox once saying I need to pick up a package at the post office, I only know to go to the post office when Amazon says the package is being held there and I show up and magically there are 4 other boxes of stuff we didn’t know were being held there mere days away from being shipped back to sender, most days now my truck is not blocking the mailbox and I still have this issue, I have made this known every time to the people working at the post office when I go to pickup the packages being held there that I never got a slip in my mailbox saying I needed to pickup a package from the post office, and they say it’s a reoccurring issue with one person in particular but won’t say who or how it is being dealt with, I feel this mail man is coming across as lazy because he doesn’t want to deliver packages.

If I drop off mail at main office on New Bridge St Jacksonville NC on Sunday, will it picked up Sunday or is it sent on Monday.

Where and to Whom do I send a letter of commendation for a USPS posal worker that works at the Brynn Marr Post Office?

WHY DOES YOUR PHONE ALWAYS RING BUSY? DO YOU EVER ACTUALLY ANSWER YOUR PHONE????

why is the phone busy and i live in ga. i am trying to get some understanding as to why my package left ga to go to nc. that is so stupid.

my mail carrier keeps leaving my mail box slightly open causing my mail to be soaked

I am trying to track a package that was supposed to forwarded and I can not get through to either the main post office or the Brynn Marr Post Office here in Jacksonville, NC. The phone is constantly busy so I am guessing that the phone is off of the hook. Plus I had to go to the Brynn Marr office to see if a package was there that was not delivered to my home and the guy said "The carrier returned it to the sender"! He didn't even go look for it!!! Super disappointed in the rudeness and unprofessionalism!!!!

I had 5 packages today that were suppose to be delivered and all of them.got marked as held at the customers request which is complete bullsh*t because I was home all day and never requested for any packages to be held. I called and filed a complaint against the office and packages better get delivered tomorrow!!!!

The delivery person left someone else's mails in my mailbox. A good thing was I noticed the incorrect addressee and address and didn't open them. I circled the address and put "wrong address location" on them so that the delivery person noticed. The address on those mails were delivered not only incorrect street name but also incorrect street number! There was no excuse for the error of the delivery. The delivery person left a note on my mailbox complaining about "defacing letters with writing" instead of thanking me for not open and left them in the mails to deliver correct address. 🤦‍♀️

OUR MAIL CARRIER WONT DELIEVER OUR MAIL IF ANYONE IS PARKED IN OUR CULDESAC... Because she said she doesn't want to have to back up. I can't control my neighbors and parking is limited .. Really

Do these people ever pick up the phone... I don't think so... Terrible office they did not leave a package because they said "no safe place to leave it" this is crap... They leave stuff all the time and I'm always home. I just think they did not want to walk it to my door... The mail service in this town is terrible...

This post office is terrible. They keep leaving notes in my mailbox about reaching our mailbox. My neighbors driveway is not very long and we are on a cul de sac. Bc the mailman doesn't have like 100 feet of clearance they are threatening to stop our mail service. I have tried reaching out to customer service and have been hung up on. Ive never seen such terrible customer service in my life. I have pictures and will be bringing them to the attention of a supervisor in the morning.

My mail carrier leaves cardboard notes with sad faces on them to tell me that my neighbors won't get thier mail because my trash can at end of my driveway (that is more than 6feet away) is blocking the mailbox . I got pics and survailence footage. Its pretty sad ...

I had a $400 package sent to me in on camp lejeune and USPS projected the arrival on or before June 6th. Once the package arrived in town on the morning fifth, it took a whole day for it to go out for delivery on the sixth. After it failed to arrive I went to the local USPS office where they informed me that my package had been signed for, missent and redirected back to its original destination. None of this was reflected Online, and shouldn't even be possible that it was signed for AND returned to sender. This just cost me $2000 and I may never even get myackage now. And that's after the seller paid for expedited shipping. Thanks USPS. l will never use them again.
