Postal Locations

Iron Station Postal Delivery person is not very bright! I have two porches at my house the one is covered, which is my front door. I ordered $75 dollars worth of pictures from snapfish. They were in a cardboard package labeled pictures. When I got home yesterday 6-16-22 after the monsoon we got of a storm, the package was on my porch without a cover and all of my pictures were ruined. HOW DUMB can you be? Or at least put between the storm door and my glass door! You don't know when people are coming home and the weather is always unpredictable in the summer. I tried to call three times today at the office but no one answered! SO ANGRY!

Terrible mail carrier. She refuses to leave packages I guess bc she doesn't want to get out of the car. Never fails I have to go to the post office to pick up the packages. Totally unacceptable! Worst mail carrier I have ever dealt with in my life!!

Very disappointed in this post office

I am very disappointed with our postal service for iron station the mail carrier bent our package that clearly says “PHOTOGRAPHS DO NOT BEND”. Now the photos that I paid good money for are bent and ruined. I will be contacting the postal office for this.

The regular carrier does a great job. The subs...not so much. Waiting for a package that has to be signed for. I haven't left the property for 2 days waiting for it. 2 day in a row the sub didn't bother to come down the driveway. Just put a note in the mail box that package couldn't be delivered. POOR SERVICE!!

I am beginning to dread going to the Iron Station, NC Post Office because of the unfriendly postal clerk. She never smiles! She is rude. She is not pleasant. But I will have to admit she is efficient. Maybe she could learn to enjoy her job! I am sure many other people would love working for the Post Office. These people could make the community feel welcomed as they came through the door!
