Postmaster for Holly Springs, Please contact me at your soonest. I have two issues: 1) We are getting packages for neighbors in the mailboxes at our new address, and packages for us (indicated in the Daily Digest and from the shipper) are being delivered to an unknown address. This has been happening for multiple days. 2) We are not getting first class mail and magazines forwarded, although we submitted a forwarding request. The old address is still receiving our mail.

We do not get our mail like we should be getting.this has happened at least twice a week.We get a email preview so we know when we are suppose to be getting mail.We need some kind resolution and response to this.And the mail never runs until after 5 pm

Holly springs has at least doubled in size in the ten years and there is only ONE small drop box container for USPS in Holly Springs. After Thanksgiving weekend the box was overflowing with mail that could easily be stolen. Let’s install more drop boxes or larger ones!

Its just been in the last 6 or 7 months, but this post office has fallen flat on its face. I have missing or delayed mail, after I've seen it scanned shows up 5 or 6 days later. Inconsistent delivery times. Sometimes we get our mail at 10am, next day its at 6:30 pm. What gives???? Do they need help???

Horrible service!!! Lost and/or delayed mail has become common. It is aggravating to be forced into calling a creditor back because they never received your check, which was mailed weeks ago. Does anyone at the post office care anymore?

Two bills that I sent by mail have not been received. One was a newspaper subscription that was sent on 12/23/2020 and has not been received. The other was a payment for a credit card sent on 12/31/2020. It has not been received and now I have a penalty applied to my account for none payment by 01/16/2021.

We live in Autumn Park in Holly Springs and our mail carrier's name is Charity. She is such a delight, always waving hello and so friendly. We just wanted to share with you how much we enjoy her and are grateful to have her in our neigborhood ! To Holly Springs or Fuquay Postmaster - Please reach out and communicate with her and her supervisor. Let her know Autumn Park appreciates her and let her supervisor know she is a great asset to the P.O. !! She is doing such a great job and is such a positive example and role model for the USPS!

Once again, a package was delivered to my door that is NOT mine. The 4-digit unit address had 3 digits correct, but the street name is not even close to being correct. PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE DELIVERING PACKAGES TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS!!! My Packages are missing all the time because they are misdelivered.

For the last month our mail is being gradually delivered later & later. Last night it was 7pm. Not to mention constant errors in delivery. I get other peoples mail on a regular basis. With the office closed at 4:30, Why is the mail delivery so irregular & late? It is dangerous for packages left at the door & at times left scattered in front of my garage door. If I didn't check, I would have run over it with my car. Kindly remedy this situation.

Closed early The time inside is 3-4 minutes ahead then real time. Pointed to my phone which is exact to the millisecond. She shut the curtain on me. Commit suicide you trolls. It is terribly unethical to close early only because you bastards are lazy. Be happy you even have jobs.

The staff at the Holly Springs Post Office is exceptional. Beverly is a joy at this office. She is always extremely helpful and very efficient. The rest of the staff is also very helpful and makes it a very pleasing experience.

Miss Beverly is the sweetest and the only one who smiles- she is amazing and mind to everyone. The other two or three people who work at this post office are always grumpy, frowning and seem to do whatever they can to be UNhelpful. It's ridiculous.

This is the best Post Office in the area by far - the staff there are fantastic, so helpful and really knowledgeable. Miss, Beverley, Mr Willy and Miss Ashanta are a pleasure to deal with and I don't understand any of the negatively below. They may struggle to answer the phone but that is because they are always busy. I used this Post Office everyday when I lived in Holly Springs and would have no hesitation in recommending others do

Called two different post offices and after 12 rings they FINALLY Picked up... Then was extremely rude and kept me on hold for over 32 minutes.... So at that point I knew they weren't coming back so I hung up, called back and they never answered. What inconsiderate idiots.

On too many occasions to count, the post person has "dropped delivery" on top of the outgoing mail.....so they do not have to process the new outgoing mail. Lets not forget "how to read" as well...packages that say "DO NOT BEND" they roll up and force into the mailbox. They are too lazy to deliver it the right way. For two months in a row, this has happened and I have had to return the packages for a new ones. It states DO NOT BEND for a reason. If I did my job this way, I would be fired.

Worst post office ever! Walked in at 12:03 to pick up a package on Christmas Eve for my child and the two Scrooges behind the desk wouldn't give me the package because they closed at noon. Give me a break. Taking two extra seconds out of your day isn't going to kill you. Have a freaking heart. Pitiful.
