Twice a box was crammed in my very small mailbox at 1717 12th Street NE, Hickory,NC. It is impossible to remove the box that was put there today, Saturday, 1/13/18. I had to cut the end out and leave the box in the mailbox. The next time this happens I will be visiting whom ever is in charge of the post office. Really are you that lazy????

My package was set to arrive on the 21st i still havent got it but my tracker said that it has been in hickory for 3 days. Its pretty sorry that you cant depend on the usps anymore to deliver a package on time. Thank you for making christmas hard on me and my family.

I live at 1593 16th Ave Cir NW, Hickory and I have been at this address for 19 years. The other week, my postman "voided" my mailbox which caused me to miss some important insurance documents. I left a note in the box (with the flag up) asking what the problem was. He started delivering again; no explanation. But then he started leaving my mailbox door open! I left another note asking him to please shut the mailbox door. Then he left me a "faulty mailbox" form. He said my mailbox door was broken. It is not broken. (I can send you a video of the mailbox). It shuts and seals as it should. Why am I having a mail delivery problem? Will he tamper with my mail?? I don't even know my carrier. If he wants to continue to play games with me I will bring this matter to the main office for resolution. I depend on my mail for important documents, bills, and checks. I don't want to have this problem. Thanks for your consideration. -Dave Armbruster

Twice I have had packages crammed in the small metal box at 258 8th St. SW, Hickory 28602. I have to mash them even more to get them out. Our previous carrier always brought those to people's doors. Things have been slightly damaged. Two of us receive our medications through the mail. They must not be crushed. This carrier we have now is also quite rude. Please make sure that we will no longer receive crunched packages. We, like many others, order damagable items. I am quite upset, as anyone would be. Thank you!

I haven't received mail at home for 4 Saturdays in a row. Did the post office stop delivering mail on Saturdays?
