PLEASE PLACE MY MAIL IN THE SECURED BOX! My mail is important too! My mail and packages are being thrown under my garage door. My son's diploma from ECU was literally thrown on the ground outside my garage! This month (August 2023) my USPS mail has been placed where it can be rained on, driven over and delivered in areas where my dog can destroy it or someone will steal it. The regular mailperson has always delivered it where it should go, its the temporary or weekend folks doing a poor job of DELIVERING the mail!

Goldsboro Mar Mac area is terrible at delivery I haven’t received my mail that I’m looking for and it’s been weeks I even receive an email with a picture stating it will be here an never come I’m so tired of the sloppy work

Residents in Walnut Creek are tired of the sloppy delivery from your workers(not the regular lady but the weekend or fill in employees). Our packages are going to the wrong houses and whoever is delivering mail is smashing packages and bending things into the mailbox that do not fit that they could easily walk up to the front door if they weren’t so lazy. They are ruining items and they are not carrying out their job duties correctly.This is total incompetence & must stop!

I have a mail box under my carport so the mail doesn't get wet! However, the postal service still leaves my mail on the front stoop lying in a chair instead of putting it in the mail box. They also leave packages on the front stoop so they can get wet. Hello...I bet they wouldn't like me putting their mail where it would get wet and damaged. Please try doing better at 1707 Palm Street. I've had some good mail carriers...where are they????

Fortunately my wife received a message from a coworker that knows us and by chance share the last name with no relationship. She is also a teacher who knows us. She contacted us after her neighbor got mail for me .. Matthew Brock. The neighbor received my bank statement.

Orders from Amazon are typically delivered after regular mail is delivered in town. This has been multiple times packages are delivered to wrong address mainly wrong streets at same number of resident. Carriers delivering after dark are rushing to drop packages after 8PM many nights and confusing what street they are no doubt! Hence, no package in my mailbox as stated in message of delivery but someone else received it.

I order a lot from Amazon and I had to recently ask for USPS to not make any of my deliveries. Two separate occasions was guaranteed delivery for a Sunday, there not even open on Sundays!And both days USPS blatantly lied about attempting to deliver the latest being a pet not allowing delivery. Must have been a squirrel because we have no pets! Would be much better to just say no delivery’s on days you won’t! Huge inconvenience and unnecessary

On June 15, 2020, at 1:20pm and mail carrier that was male and white, delivered on 600 E. Holly Street was very rude and aggressive towards me. I politely told him that the mail that was delivered, before I became a resident at my now current address, does not belong to any person that reside in this apartment. He proceeded to argue with me and had a very aggressive tone. Maybe he needs a class on how to reciprocate politeness that was given to him. I hope someone above him will take care of his aggressive behavior and disgusting attitude.

Since not being able to shop in stores due to Covid we have done more ordering online, every package I have received left on my doorstep has been torn and looked like it’s just been through hell before it got to me. They’ve been opened. Seeing comments below I’m obviously not the only one having this issue.

I'm not sure who to complain to, but, due to covid 19, we've done more on-line ordering, which our postal person, will either cram it in our mailbox, which, is not generally been a problem, but the last two shipments, she's left in our driveway, she doesn't getbout of her mail truck, she just drops it from the window. So it's out in the open, todays package was in a box, and dropped in the dirt, near the top of our driveway. I get the safety part, but she could pull herself out long enough to at least put it on our porch. I was pulling in the driveway, when I saw her drop it out of her truck, so it was not accident. Our address is 105 Louise circle, Goldsboro, in the Peele Acres 1, I don't know her name, but surely you all know who does which routes. It doesn't need to be out in the open. Thank you. This is the 3RD time since I've moved into my new house that the mail person has been too LAZY to do their job! 2 times certified letters we NOT even tried to be delivered to me, just taken right back to the post office with a letter in my mailbox stating they tried to deliver with no answer! I am a stay at home mom! Not either time was there a knock on my door or either of my 2 door bells rung! Today, I had packages delivered, and I use that term extremely loosely, as they were put at the END of my driveway which is on a corner of a busy intersection with a stop sign! Meaning ANYONE could have literally opened their passenger door, picked up and stolen my daughter's Christmas presents! NO ONE has answered the phone on at the WILLIAM STREET LOCATION! I called the 800 number and of course, all animated, tells me to leave a message that my phone call will be returned in 17-28 minutes! Where these boxes were left is NOT my front door in which they are SUPPOSED to be delivered! You have a job to do, do it! Thats why you get a paycheck! Get out of your vehicle, make your deliveries as you should, not just THROWING them out of the mail truck! I will call, write a review every single time this happens until its corrected! If the contents of these boxes are damaged or broken, you best believe I WILL be reimbursed! My email address is not public with this review, however I know someone from,the postal service reads these and has access to my email. Therefore, I look forward to receiving a response! Maybe y'all should take mine and all the other extremely NEGATIVE reviews into account because you very clearly have a problem with rude, lazy employees. Whom, from what I understand from a friend who does this for a living, get paid well and have anexcellent benefits package! Maybe hire some people who would be blessed to have not just a good paying job but all of the benefits that come along with it. I have worked my entire life in customer service as does my husband and I can not believe this kind of service is tolerated. If you don't want to do your job, quit and give it to someone who will!!

USPS has some of the worse service in the world..We have lost thousands of dollars over the year with them..and trying to get any type of service regarding lost or undelivered packages is almost impossible...you cannot get anyone to answer the phone at this facility and many other postal facilities are the same..

I was called by the post office in goldsboro nc to tell me I had a package they were unable to deliver. I had been in the area 6 mos earlier on a work assignment. I called the following day to investigate. Bob told me to hang on and went looking for the package he was gone so long the call dropped. I called back and Bob demanded the full address which I struggled to remember, he was extremely pushy when I gave him what I remembered he said I need a tracking number, I told him I didn't Have one, I didn't know who the package was from, and added you called me I know nothing about this package, then he insisted on the full address, I gave him the address as the one I knew to be complete, he told me this was wrong! I told him it's what I knew, he was very argumentative insisted he needed a full address or tracking number. I told him again they called me and must be able to find the info. He hung up on me as he likely did when he went to find the package. I had asked him if I could talk to the clerk who had called me and he dismissed this, This was not the 1st time I had issues with this location. When I lived there I had 2 packages delivered went to the location for pick up, they insisted they had only one. I went back to the seller and we were both. Trying to track the thing me from the states, the seller from Europe.she had it as delivered the same date as the 1st one. 10 days later still no package, went back to the post office it was sitting on a shelf behind the clerks station. All that time and effort and it was right where it was expected to be because the clerk wouldn't go 10 extra steps to investigate. Terrible place!!

I had called the PO on N William street in Goldsboro and the man I talked to (didn’t say his name) was very rude! I can’t believe how rude he was and I was calling about a lost package. Maybe you guys should review your people before you hire them and not get people that shouldn’t work in customer service. Very disrespectful and it shows what kind of facility you run and this why people dont like the PO.
