this facility lost a prescription shipment from the VA that i was waiting for. i received notice that the package had been picked up at this location at 5pm. the facility closes at 4.30pm. after generating a service ticket my package was never found. this is not the postal service my brother retired from.

WTH is happening with the mail??? I ordered a parcel well over a month ago. While the delay in shipping is not necessarily the fault of the USPS (international shipper), when I finally get a notification that my package is in Garner, I check tracking the next day to find that my parcel was returned to the Garner post office for invalid address???? I tried calling 3 times. The phone rang until I got a fast busy signal. Based on what I have read, I'm not sure delivery was even attempted. My mail does not usually come from this post office and until now, I have never had an issue. This is complete b****t.

The Post Office on Timber Drive, Garner, NC has not changed our address in the system. We live on a new street. Because they could not find the street address, they put the incorrect address in the system. We have been going to the post office almost daily trying to correct the issue with no resolution. We need our mail. It should not take a month to correct this issue in the system.

My neighborhood has locked mailboxes and larger parcel lockers for packages. When you receive a package, they are supposed to leave the key in your mailbox for the according locker. But, this concept is apparently way too confusing for our mail carrier, because almost every time I receive a package, I am either provided the incorrect key for someone else's package, or not even provided a key at all. I had a $400 package delivered yesterday, and it's probably sitting in a locker that I was not provided a key for, or probably at some neighbor's house that got the key to my package.

Twice! TWICE! My packages have been given to someone else and I have received the wrong package! It is not that hard! I have only lived here 6 months. Tried to call, they must take the phone off the hook! Government.

Over the last year our mail service has been HORRIBLE! First our mail carrier doesn't even drive a USPS vehicle. He uses his own personal vehicle and we swear our mail gets lost in his truck....while on that topic the truck looks like it has seen better days like 10 year ago! Our mail carrier shoves anything into our mailbox regardless if it fits or not and heaven help us if he has to get out of his truck and deliver something. He delivers it to our garage on the side of our house instead of on our front porch! Fedex, UPS, and everyone else do not have a problem finding our porch but not our USPS carrier he just dumps it off on the side of our house and right in back of our car. we have almost run packages over on several occasions. All this is on top of the fact that my neighbors are frequently delivering our mail that was put in their mailboxes!

Been using this p.o. for 16 years, and have not have one complaint about the service. The people serving us at the counter ALWAYS greet us, and often with a smile, and are very quick and accurate. What more could a human being ask for? NOTHING. To all who serve us....you are definitely the greatest. Appreciate all your hard work and great attitudes ... God Bless.
