What days of the week do y'all run 27704???? Waiting on my mail!! Today 10-1-21

I have a P O Box, but half of the time they are closed, and I can't get my mail. The lobby is supposed to be open from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm Monday -Friday. I went to get my mail a few in the morning before I go to work and the lobby was not open and that was 8:00 am, then I left work early two days in a row, so that I can catch them open to get my mail, and they were closed. I got there before 6:00 and then one day before 5:00. I know that they close the service desk at 4:00, but the lobby for the PO boxes are supposed to be open until 6:00. I can't leave work at 3:15 everyday just to get my mail. I even spoke to someone on the phone, and they said that yes the lobby is open until 6:00 pm. Someone needs to address this with staff, it is not fair to the consumer. Thank you and have a nice day

Thanks to someone in your office I have received a very important letter that was mis-addressed. Thank you for going to the trouble of finding me and delivering the letter!!

This location is a joke. All my packages end up routing through them for whatever reason and they miss the scheduled delivery date with no explanation. Half the time it does say they could not access the location, but I live in a house, where there is no restricted access. All lies.

There should be a way you can pick up your mail from the post office before it’s finally in route for delivery . Takes too long and time is money

A note to our carrier that they should be more careful delivering our mail. We have had our mail delivered to our neighbor across the street. Today our next door neighbors was put in ours and so we have to ask our neighbor before ours if they got our mail.
