New entry doors into po lobby are not egress code acceptable. Doors should swing out and not in for egress. It's a life safety code violation!

No one answers the phone when I try to call. Why have a contact number if no one is answering the phone? Wanted to report a NO DELIVERY/PICKUP service yesterday, 4/08/2024.

NO ONE answers the phone!!!!! Looking for a customer's package...Tracking shows delivery delayed, when you call the USPS says will be delivered today. Which is it???? No one is available to help!

Post office has been handing my mail to people who do not live at my residence anymore. It's extremely frustrating and illegal for the post office to give my mail and packages off to someone who doesn't live with me nor have the same name as me. I'm filing a complaint and getting Law enforcement involved.

My package was suppose to be delivered on Oct 1st. The mail carrier said that there was an animal & that they could not deliver my package. So I’m thinking that my package would be delivered the next day but it was not. So as of Oct 6th I still do not have my package.I have been calling the post office in concord no for three days & they will not answer their phone. So I have a case number 43240253 & I wondering what good that will do.

The eBay seller dropped the package off at 8:30 am Aug 1. It is now almost 5:00 pm Aug 2, and tracking still does not show that the package was accepted. How long does it take to scan a package? Worse yet, how long will it sit around before it's finally shipped? I have spoken with an actual human agent and was told that packages get scanned in the day they are received. Terrible service!

Tracking number says package out for delivery 4 days in a row and never delivered. Lost one package and delivered another to wrong address never get my mail delivered untill after 7pm I only live 2 MILES from the location. Worst postal service in the state. They should all be fired for incompetence

We need our mail. We have not seen any. The last time was on Jan. 17,2022. If you can't get it then you should pay the bills for all of that has not seen mail in a week. There are some of us that still pay bills thru the mail service. You need to be reaching our to use and left us know what is going on.

Today is Thursday, January 20th. We have not seen a mail carrier since Saturday, January 15th. I understand that the inclimate weather has had an effect on delivery. However, that does not explain no delivery for the past 2 to 3 days. Hopeing to see a mail carrier tomorrow.

Why does my mail come every other day.

Constantly getting someone else's mail as I just got mail from a neighbor yet again. I have some ladies mail which is important and it is not on my street just same address numbers. I am on Trimble Cir NW and she is on Winston Dr. NW. What am I to do?

What is the purpose of a tracking number if the package doesn't come on the day it's supposed to be delivered i live in raccoon hollow off of old airport and we often get 3640 old airports mail can the postal workers not read? I need my mail when it's said to be delivered who doesn't? Why can't I rely on getting my mail with my personal information in and on it?

Somebody left the phone off the hook again. A well-run business would be taking messages and return phone calls, especially to help with lost mail.

What does "No Access to Delivery Location " mean? Delivery attempted , BS , there are cluster boxes with a large box for packages. They are mask, I'm sure they fit in the mail box. There wasn't even a notice left. The regular must have been off today. There was no attempt to deliver. You just made that up because you didn't want to do your job. I live on a main street.

Your phone number does not work.

I have been trying to call for the last 30 mins and it says phone line busy. So I tried another post office and they picked right up. I need to know where my package is. And I would like a supervisor to get ahold of my please.

I had 2 ladies delivering our mail today.. watching from my porch... i had literally 8 different kinds of BILLS that DID NOT BELONG TO ME.. they were NOT THE POSTAL WOMAN PERSONAL MAIL like she lied to face and told me... ALL of them to different households in my development... I DID CALL THE POST OFFICE but no one EVER ANSWERS... this isn’t the first time this has happen... what pisses me off.. SHES LAZY... a lot of other people WOULD LOVE HER JOB!!

Today, I saw the post office truck in the parking area of the condo where I live. I live at 241 Country Club Drive, Apt. 1. I saw the truck through the window where I live at the building next to mine. When I went out to get my mail, I saw the truck parked near my condo. My mail was not picked up nor was mail delivered. Whoever was driving failed to stop at my building 241 Country Club Drive, Apt. Someone needs to check whoever the driver was/is. This has happened before. My building was SKIPPED for delivery and pickup of mail.

Why doesn't someone answer the phone. I am disable and not able to get out well. Calling is my option. But no one ever answers the phone. I understand busy but 30 rings later still no answer. Explains why I am having a problem just getting my mailed delivered. I signed up to be notified as to what I should receive but I have yet again not received my BANK Statement. Who got my statement is now knowing my financial information! We get others in the neighbor hoods mail. We make sure it is returned to them. Whoever gets mine obviously doesn't! Help

Paid over $6 for next day delivery, it arrived 5 days later and it just went to the next county!!! Guess there are more days than I thought between counties! Should have drove it there!

I reside in Glen Laurel Community (Concord) off 49. I often get other residents mail, in my mailbox. This concerns me, because personal information is in the wrong hands. Please address this with the postal carriers assigned to this area and make corrections. Thank you for your time.

Is there a reason why we haven't gotten mail in 3 days! I understand Wednesday and the snow but seriously get it together. What happened to rain, sleet, snow we will deliver? Waiting on important things in the mail. Get your act together

This is the sorriest place to be called a postoffice. The letter carriers only work the brown mill community only when they want to. I have had mail in my mailbox for two days waiting for the carrier to pick it up. I can understand bad winter weather affecting it. They have sometimes nitgotto my house on White St Sw until after 7:00 at night and that is uncalled for. Whatever happened to the old saying "through snow rain sleet or dark of night amailmans runner stops". That is a big ball face like or is it just plan pure sorry carriers.

I had some mail on hold.i lived on Wilkerson court 2 years ago. The making was on hold but sent. I am looking for an padded envelope from serbia.it was supposed be sent to 28117 in mooresville.do you if it's still there?

On Saturday, December 2nd, we had pieces of outgoing mail in our mail box. They remain there today but whomsoever was the delivery person chose to throw our mail in our yard! This is absurd....in that stack stuff thrown on our yard was important stuff from the VA. Who is charge in Concord? Formal complaint shall follow....

A friend is a postal worker in another state and posted information about food collection on May 10, 2014. Why don't we got notifications? Do you not participate in this?
