I sat and watched one of your drivers bend a "DO NOT BEND" package that cost me 50 dollars. My package is damaged and I want that driver to be reprimanded and taught how to have more respect for packages.

I was told they dont have a way to communicate with their drivers on route... for safety reasons or if a customer wants their out for delivery packages put on hold if something comes up and wont be home I think that needs to change other companies probably have them!

The post master, Patricia Cusick is mean, rude to customers, and a very spiteful person. She treats her workers horribly. She needs to be fired.
