Unfortunately, a birthday card that I mailed from the inside of the Starmount P.O. on 10/7/2022 was received by the recipient on 10/12/2022. The original envelope had been opened, and the $20 bill taken. The original envelope with the birthday card was placed in a clear envelope and delivered to the recipient. It is not the money, because I took a chance that U.S. Mail is not opened by postal employees. I'm so disappointed and have lost faith in our mail system.

I would like to report mail that was picked up by my mailperson, which i had placed in mailbox for pick up on July 26, as of this date the three envelopes (cards) have not been delivered. I would like for you to make an investigation, and respond to me promptly I live in British Woods

I live in Park Crossing. I and my neighbors did not receive mail on Saturday, Sept. 15. I'd like to have an explanation as to why. Our postwoman is named Sally.
