This is what happens when Democraps get elected - filthy, lazy thieves as government employees.

No mail for 5 days. R e t a r d e d phone tree instead of customer service. No one answers the phone. Online chat cancelled because "no one available." Post office has become useless. Fire every useless, l a z y employee and abolish USPS. And censorship on top of that.

Such very rude employees and a Disregard for human kindness. She Makes an already dreaded errand even more intolerable. I’m so upset. An older lady working with braids was drinking water and didnt even acknowledge my existence, makes the remark to her colleague “guess she didn’t read the sign!” Instead of asking for me to please wait, she decided to be condescending for no apparent reason other than hating her job. I did have a job to get to myself, so being attentive would not have been too much to ask considering no one else was in the building and she had time to drink her water. I told her I’d take my business somewhere else and that she was rude. I am disappointed in this business and world. Running an errand called for a nonsensical remark from your employee.

I mailed my income tax payment last April and had it certified. I tracked it to this location which arrived on April 6th and now I'm getting notices that it needs to be resent? I've called several times and no one ever picks up the phone. I guess I will have to turn them over to the IRS and have them investigate to see what is going on with this location and what is happening to payments people are sending to the IRS, theft?

I mailed my income tax payment in April. Yesterday (05/04) the letter was returned to me saying Undeliverable and no way to forward. I've double and triple checked the address given to me by my long term accountant as well as the address from the I.R.S. website. I've tried calling several times to verify the mailbox no., but of course no one answers. I'll just have to try resending my payment, surely others are getting received? Don't they want the money? haha

What in the world goes on at this location? I have had two packages in the last month completely disappear either stolen by my mail carrier or placed in the wrong mailbox and absolutely NOTHING is done about it. I have talked to multiple managers at this office, no one is helpful. I have filed multiple claims with USPS about the situation and no one responds. Their customer service is horrendous. I am so fed up with this place I am consistently throwing money out the window having my packages stolen or misplaced by their employees. Does anyone have recommendations for law suit action I can take or how to file a police report for theft against them? This is infuriating.

I sent a package to my Sister ( a small orange flat envelope from Shutterfly) to her old address as they were in the process of moving. tracking number of package 801681434509949387. This is sitting in a Post office somewhere in Charlotte North Carolina. She filled out a mail forwarding but she did not receive this item yet. I orginally sent it to Donna Flores 11033 Dry Stone Dr. Huntersville, NC 28078. She has relocated to 229 Micah Lane, Iron Station NC 28080. Can someone please contact me to inform me that this is being routed to her new address. It was a special gift and I would like for someone to follow up on this and insure that she receives it soon. my number is 904-945-2254.

This is to compliment the young man who has been bringing our mail for the last few weeks. He is very thorough and conscientious. The young woman who preceded him often misdirected the mail and spent all of her time on the phone. Thank you for making this change. We do hope that he will continue.

These people are the biggest group of incompetents I have ever encountered. Just one more example of a government program where anyone can work and no one can be fired.
