I am in the Ballantyne area. I don't even get bills sent anymore because of the unreliable postal service. I am still waiting for package that the tracking number says it is 'going to be redelivered'. 5 days later still waiting. Where is my package?

I would like to know why we have not received any mail delivery for 2 straight days, if you say it's a shortage of personnel, then why don't supervisors get out from behind their desks and deliver the mail. WHAT ARE WE PAYING TAXES FOR?

We have not had a mail delivery for 3 days, (friday,saturday, and today, monday) what is the problem? Getting your mail at 7pm really sucks, WHEN WILL JASMINE BE BACK, SHE IS SORLY MISSED.

The carrier never delivers on time. I have packages that show delivered but they are not in the box. Are we sheeting packages delivered and they get delivered another day? Why not sheet it rescheduled for another day. Customer look for packages that show delivered. Ridiculous, I will not use the postal service to deliver anything for me. And I will stop using vendors that use the postal service because there is an integrity problem there.

they consistently deliver my packages to other houses and then do not do anything to recover them. I have on many occasions filed a case and walked into the post office to get things situated. I had two packages worth $500 coming in this week and they both got delivered to the wrong house and they are not helping me find them. TRASHHHHHHHH! I'm livid.

This post office is a joke! Paid extra to have a packaged delivered overnight. Parents had lifted their hold of mail and they still have not received mail and it is now going on day 4 since lift was made. They are not able to get to post office and sent a relative to pick up after not receiving the overnight package and to get all held mail. Postal employee was very rude after the relative stood in line for 45 minutes!! Had receipt showing parents names and date and time lift was made. Still would not give relative mail. Now we have been trying to call for several days to have the phone ring constantly to just be disconnected or line is busy. Another post office has even attempted to call and they are getting the same issues....nobody answering phone. I am filing a complaint for the return of my money I paid due to their lack of following directions.

These posts should be read by local postmaster. Called about package that was scheduled to arrive 10JUN. Now 12JUN, no package. Called, phone rang several minutes, no answer. Tried again, phone busy..probably off the hook. Tried again, busy.

So frustrated and tired of this post office. If you go in person, they cut you off before you can explain the situation. And they never answer the phone, our rude, etc. I know they get alot of complaints but maybe work on a little more accuracy with employees. Our company moved within the same zip code about 8 months ago. Constantly having to deal with not getting our mail. Will go a few weeks fine, then no mail. It seems that if our regular carrier is out for any reason, we do not get our mail. One time, the replacement carrier said they didn't know where to go and just stockpiled the mail that week in a bin at the post office. I never know whether our mail is going to be picked up or delivered. They don't read the company name on the piece of mail. The company that moved into our old space is getting some of our mail and we have to coordinate getting it. When I was growing up, I don't think they had these issues like today. Hired good employees.Or maybe it was that employees cared then.

Documents mailed Priority Mail 1 Day were not delivered. Reason depicted on tracking was "No Access" even though there are no restrictions to access in the building/grounds of the destination. Unable to schedule re delivery online because the package has been marked "Return to Sender" days ago, yet per tracking information the package remains in the Ballantyne Station. I've phoned the Ballantyne Station directly ten times and no one ever answers the phone. Profound ineptitude.

tried to contact postmaster by phone. no answer, no voicemail. wanted to brooch the subject of putting a double sided drop box at the end of forum drive and ballantyne trace. disabled and elderly cannot usually get out of their cars to drop an envelope.the current placement is a mess with people having to park to just drop a piece of mail. matthews has a great set up at their facility. please help clean up this mess. thank you, carol

I reviewed a tracking notification that a package was delivered and received by the Ballentyne Post Office location on 1/11/19 at 11:15am. I visited this location on 1/15/19 and waited in line for 40 minutes. The elderly man in front of me was greeted by the Postal representative in a rude and unapproachable manner. Her tone was harsh. She then called me to her station and I gave her my trCking number and showed her the email showing it was received there. She took the number and left. 5 minutes later she returned stating that she could not find it. I asked what the next steps would be. She said in a rude dismissive tone, “give me your number. I’ll look for it when I have time”; next person”. I was shocked at the level of customer service provided. I do not mind waiting in line and understand the volume of customers, but the level of customer service and effort provided was very poor.

RUDE, NON-PROFESSIONAL, UNORGANIZED,UNACCOUNTABLE, these describe the Ballantyne post office. They are very dismissive when it comes to mistakes made by them. This branch seem to have a real personnel issue. Are they not supervised by someone? Very erratic delivery, damaged packages, packages delivered to the wrong address happens very often.

I agree completely!! We kept getting neighboring business's mails and they kept getting ours. Our complex manager complained to the USPS before but not much has improved. Today (August 29, 2018) we received 3 pieces of mails postmarked JUly 3, 5, & 6! We almost pissed off a customer by not honoring their reorders because we did not receive their payment check, which was one of the above 3 pieces of mail!
