I recently sent some mail to Sapona Manufacturing using the address on their Web site. There was no PO box on the Web site. The letter came back with "S/B POB 128" handwritten on the front and a yellow return to sender insufficient address sticker. If the postal employees knew the PO Box why in the heck didn't they just put it in the box. I guess they just wanted more postage. Inefficient and not a public service.
