I have read all the terrible posts. I hate that yall had those experiences. I dont know my mail lady’s name that delivers on Meadowbrook but she is absolutely wonderful! Her relief mail carriers they drive a little fast down my road but that’s all I can say about that. I have no complaints.

Candler post office is the worst. Constantly leaving packages in one of the lockboxes and failing to leave the key in my mailbox... I almost just expect this now anytime I order a package. I guess it's time to open another PO Box in Skyland if I want to get packages again.

Had a package delivered to lockbox at an apartment complex. Postal worker did not leave a key to open the box. Have been calling the post office for 2 days, no answer yet. Thank god we gave tax breaks to the rich over and over again.

Candler NC po .. lost my package .. yet insisted for an entire week they put it in my mailbox.. then the story changed .. said they had left it on my porch ... I stopped over there gave them the tracking number and address and my phone number.. they promised to investigate and to call me .. no call ... so I called over & over .. then they gave me attitude...saying they retrieved it (they put in in someone else’s locked mailbox... their lousy mistake and no apology A complete lack of professionalism

Once again, the lazy sorry mail carrier refused to deliver my package at my door. I understand that my mailbox is at the end of my road, but it does not take but a minute to drive up my road and leave my package at my door. I have had to call before because of this issue, and suddenly, they were willing to come up my road to my door. This should not keep happening. I have had to make phone call after phone call. Finally, I spoke with someone at the local post office today. She informed me that, at one point in time, there was an issue with the road. Well, that is no longer the case. The carrier needs to do their job, and deliver packages on time.

I received an alert stating that on 6:20PM on Saturday, November 20th a package with tracking number 9361289685090876203723 was not delivered because my home address or front door were not accessible. I was at home at that time. There was no blockage to my drive way or street. I do not believe USPS delivers after 6 PM on Saturdays. Please explain the reason I received this message. This is the worst mail service I have ever had in my life. Delivery is often after 6pm. And now we have had no delivery for 4 days running.

Haven't got my mail in a week due to weather. We finally called them to find out where our packages are and had to go pick them up, the guy told us they would not deliver them, I'd we didn't call we wouldn't have probably gotten them. Yet when I finally see them come flying through my neighborhood, going approximately 30-35mph, they leave a "sorry we missed you note." I watched him hurry and drop it off to avoid me while I was walking to check the mail. They chose when they feel like they want to deliver packages to our house, one day the excuse is "no secure location" then the next day will drop it off in the worse spot. Calling management Monday morning.
