Just got most unpleasant conversations from local post office ever! In numerous occasions local post office clams that packages or even envelopes are undeliverable to my private house in Boone with paved road and oversized mailbox. Costumer service is rude and unprofessional, talking down on the costumer is unacceptable! I am unable to get this order delivered, because local post office says it’s oversized and improperly packaged as is I am responsible?! .Even though just two weeks ago they have delivered exactly same order from same sender without problem. Main post office which I called, recommended to local post office to deliver this order in part, which is fine with me so it will not be oversized but local office is refusing. I will not recommend to use this way of delivery to anyone as it’s not friendly and problematic as I heard from many local people in Boone. I am unable to pick up this order due to health condition and I live alone so no one can pick it up, this is why I have ordered it by mail in the first place.

This USPS driver has continued to withhold my mail and has refused to deliver my packages. I have called with amazon on the phone and told them the address through amazon when I ordered the items and after they withheld my mail. Withholding mail is a felony and its weeks later and they still have not delivered my packages. I have something for religion and my disabilities. Also many items have had to be sent back and replaced because of damage.
