With UPS mail innovations your package gets dropped at the Post Office for delivery. If you have a p.o. box and it's addressed to your house, they send it back. This did not happen in the past. Apparently the new people there are just as lazy as they are incompetent. I guess I will have to start specifying UPS only if I want to get my packages. When the Post Office becomes obsolete, which shouldn't be long now, these fools will be wondering what happened. They brought about their own demise.

Our mail delivery was great before a young girl took over for the wonderful gentleman that used to deliver to us. She doesn't pick up mail when flag is up but will put mail on top of outgoing. Refuses to get out of car to deliver packages always leave slip saying undeliverable. I am desperately trying to move just because I need my mail service at my house and now don't get it. A lot of people like me get prescriptions mailed to us.

So, I have had such a really bad service with the delivery here in this town. My street is literally 4 blocks west of the carrier’s facility. I have had at least 17 Packages that were delivered to victor Montana carrier facility and they go out for delivery and an hour later they are flagged as undeliverable. The first package I had sent to me was stated delivered which I never even received and then after that all the rest claimed undeliverable. UPS has no problem delivering items or packages why such an inconvenient hassle I have to go thru. Ask me, I think whomever is doing the route or driver is stealing the mail and or is too lazy to really deliver it.
