After having several packages be destroyed because our postal carrier leaves them on the ground, on the top of mailbox, out in the open to be rained and snowed on thus ruining our medication. We called the post master who rudely answered my questions and refused to address the fact of our medication being ruined. Someone needs to look into why we as citizens are paying such a rude man to be in charge of our local post office. Horrrible customer service does not know how to deal with the public and their questions or issues with their postal service.
